NHL Mysteries: Part 1
(18 Jun 2009)
Well…Maybe a running series…maybe not. Who knows at this point, but an interesting discussion nonetheless. This is something I have been wondering about for a while, and with not much going on until the draft…I thought what better time to bring it up than now. This is a pretty long post, but it didn't actually take me too long to put together. Just a note: I have some interesting board topics planned to get through the long month of August.
Anyway...I remember following hockey very closely durin...

The mysteries of H-Body cooling
(22 Apr 2009)
I've discovered there is a wide range of opinions of the proper function of the cooling system. It is by far more of a challenge to cool an H-body then other GM cars. Why you ask? Because some H-bodies were never designed to have a V8 engine, and none were designed for performance engines. I'm not an expert by any means, but I'm self tout by necessity. I say necessity because like everyone else I purchase a big new radiator, water pump, electric fans, and thought all my troubles were over. Then...

What do you think about these ideas on the perfect creation of man and Gods...
(20 Jun 2009)
My dear friends
I've just been thinking as follows and would like your opinions and contribution on this subject too.
In order for God to create a perfect world and beings He had to create beings ( us ) who would rebel. The reason for this is that God is infinite Love and the greatest expression of love is sacrifice. The greatest sacrifice is infinite sacrifice. If we never rebeled God would not have been able to show us His infinite love for us by His infinite sacrifice on the cross.
God loves...

Re: Whats your personal opinion on the mystery of real gcse importance at LSE? I would argue with you but i don't have the time but let me link you to a recent poll that disproves (to a certain extent) this whole everyone on TSR goes to private school that is why they do well because that is such a bad generalisation.

the value of the mystery
(21 May 2009)
“There are three forces, the only three forces capable of conquering and enslaving forever the conscience of these weak rebels in the interests of their own happiness. They are: the miracle, the mystery and authority.” Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky : Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoevsky (1821 - 1881) Source: The Brothers Karamazov
The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious . It is the fundamental emotion which stands at the cradle of all true art and science. Whoever does not kno...
