thinking about getting trained for montessori

I recently came upon a job opening to teach in a montessori school where they will provide training first. im contemplating it as i have been searching for a job for a while and havent found anyhting yet. Im wondering if i could get some info on Montessori schools. for example, how does the pay compare to a regular public school teaching job? pros/cons? Thanks!

Wasnt sure if i should post this in the new or mature riders section? as Im both
I've recently returned to riding as an adult - the last time i rode was over 20 years ago. After lots of research (on here) I found a great local riding school where i feel very safe and confident and Im really enjoying my lessons.
I've only had a few so far but Im happy with walk, trot and canter although my control around corners with canter can be pretty bad, but at one lesson a week its going to take a while...

Im thinking about joining the army

My parents are pushing me into Tafe, a place where you earn certificates for things such as Information Tech, and Trades etc.
yeah, the original idea was for me to become a carpenter...but I dont really enjoy working with wood.
Now the idea is for me to goto Tafe and become a junior Accountant...its good money and stuff just like a trade, but sitting at a desk punching numbers all day is shite, ive done similar work to this and it would be torture...
I want to get out there, do all sorts of stuf...

Looking for some opinions on my choice of Martial Art training

Ive had some training in jiu jitsu,mui tai, and have a little wrestling expieriece. However I never mastered one art. I decided I want to master a very effective tactical art, but want to take some jeet kune do on the side. I dont want the base of the art to be self defense. Ive been doing extensive research and I have come down to two options. Close Combat Training or Krav Maga. I was hoping to get some opinions from people who have experience to help my decision.

Asking for opinions: Training for new PRs

So I'm interested in some input on how to train for a new PR for bnech/dead/squat.
First, lets assume that the lifter is experienced (+10 years training)
Now lets assume a few other different training situations to see what the right "next steps" are
1. The trainee has just completed a phase of heavy lifting and is now stalled
2. The trainee has done some period training and is no longer making good progress
3. The trainee mixes high rep/light weight, medium rep/medium weight and low rep/heavy w...

A friend of mine was contacted to have him at their training club for a book signing. She wants to make sure that his philosophies match the club's. The club is very focused on using positive training techniques.
She needs to decide pretty quickly.

Thinking about selling my wii...

Alright so like the title says I'm thinking about selling my Wii. It has a black custom shell that I put on myself (no scratches and good condition), and it's a release date Wii, so it's pretty old (but it works fine), so I need some ideas on how I should sell this. 1. Where should I try to sell? Ebay, Craigslist, Facebook, Someone in my area (having a garage sale soon, or I could try to look around my school), other places. 2. How much should I price it at, should I bundle my games with it? 3....

IMO, I find that the game (including all games, such as R/S/E FR/LG, etc) is very good competition-wise, but at the same time, I am turned off because of how deep the game is. I started playing Pearl about a little more than a year ago, but stopped. I guess I couldn't deal with how the game is so deep and so much to do for it if you are into dueling. For example, I learned about EV training, and I was thinking, cool, I can choose my Pokemons' stats. Then I learned that there was more, such as Sh...
