I hope these Slavic immigrants,whose sole mission in life

is making gay people miserable in the United States, and in particular Northern California, deeply appreciate the freedoms they're afforded in this country by pushing their backwards culture of gay hate and discrimination all over the place.

OK, I am honestly looking for opinions...
I have been participating in our convention's Hispanic Ministries for a couple months now. Most of the Hispanics here are from PR and therefore are legal...
But I have been wondering "what if?"
I have a feeling our church will be getting some Hispanics coming to it in a few months..
And suppose one comes, gets saved, and we find out they are illegally here.
What am I to do?

PHOENIX - A little girl is reaching out for help on the Internet after her parents were arrested during a Maricopoa County Sheriff's Office immigration raid this weekend.
Sheriff's deputies took 25 suspected illegal immigrants in to custody at family car wash in Phoenix on Saturday.

I just watched a video on the outbreak of the new swine flew, considered to

There's a special on the History Channel right now about the immigrants who came here in the late 19th century, what they endured to get here, and the attitudes they came with. It's very interesting, but a little depressing when you think about how it's changed since then. We had different ways of enforcing restrictions on who could come in then than we do now, and that kept lots of riff raff out.

Immigration Reform- my 5 point plan

I'm a little politicially minded and, over the years, I've come up with some ideas for proposed legislation. Mostly, only conservatives have seen it but I'd like to test the waters with you guys.
Tell me what you think about these ideas:
The plan is premised on no legislation will ever make either Pubs or Dems totally happy. So, I am suggesting compromises on key issues.
