anyone know about this seat leon cupra R...?

Hi chaps,
not been on here for ages, thinking about coming back to seat and looking at a cupra R, seen one on pistonheads but the guy says it was stolen in January from his house and they broke into the house to get the keys.
He has told me that there was no damage and the police recovered it 10 miles away from his home, went into rawdon seat near leeds to be checked over, no probs he says.
He has said that there will be no category listed through the insurance but will obviously show up as stol...

I am looking for some advice/opinions. I am getting another car for my wife which has to be smallish and she wants something with a bit of va-va-voom.
As per the title we have pretty much narrowed it down to those three, although I have thought about a Fiesta ST. We have a budget of approx £7000 and want something not much more than 5 years old. The car will mainly be used to take our children to school and for my wife to go to work. It will do an absolute maximum of 6000 miles per year of town...

Hi, just ordered my new leon fr tsfi. got a company over here in northern ireland that ive used before on my previous diesel who, i have to say, were really good. They can give me 245 with just a remap, or approx 280 with a milltek system. they want £250 for just the remap, but £1,100 for buying+ fitting the milltek system and the remap. I know the £250 is good, compared to some of the prices ive seen on here for remaps, but what about the cost for the exhaust and map?

Good condition, upgraded Koni suspension, lowered 30mm on Bellini Bella 18" alloys, smoothed airbox. Imperial Blue, which, in my opinion and many others, the best colour on a Leon (apart from white!)

so much confusion over the best oil to get, whats peoples opinions for a seat leon cupra r - 80k miles:
Mobil1 5w-30 or 0w-40 living in the uk. as far as i can se 0w-40 definitely meets the builder approval, but so does the 5w-30.. go for the cheapest ?

bueno , hoy fui ahi a autounioncompany a ver un leon que esta en la pagina pero no estaba , es 2004 , 85,000 kilometros tiene chip revo , entre otras cosas..lo venden en 113,000.. ustedes creen que este a buen precio?

Hi,
Been browsing the forum since i got my 1.6 in January as it had a leak and Google led me here.
It's been an epic trip resolving the leak and i've now been told its sorted, but an interesting (and really annoying) issue has come out of it.
Basically the passenger seat had to get taken out to fix it and when it was put back in the airbag light came on and wouldn't go off.
The car was then taken to another garage to have it turned off but their computer couldn't talk to the car and after a week...

Last november I thought I was pretty flush and treated myself to the car I had wanted since college. Quick background:
Bought my car (Seat Leon PD150 FR+) at the end of Aug 2008 from Evans Halshaw.
Car had to be repaired in Nov 2008 due to a bent part within the turbo catching on the housing (how this happened is a mystery to me) but getting that repaired on the 3month warranty I got with the car was a pain in the **** as at forst they refused to repair the issue. Evans Halshaw put the car into a local Seat dealership to carry out the work. Halshaws would not pay for the turbo to be replaced,...
