My wife and I were born and raised in MN and we are looking for some change. I'm 22, my wife 21. no kids. but we will eventually. I've got some freinds who grew up in Co. springs and are try to convince us to move. I've been to co. 3-4 times for various reasons and loved it each time. from what i've been reading, Colorado Springs seem like a decent place to live, altough i've never been there.

We have been talking about getting a second dog for a long time and decided we wouldn't proceed at least until we'd moved - which we have.
The plan was to get a smallish dog, most likely a Norfolk Terrier. We found a breeder we really liked and are on her waiting list for her next litter. It would probably be about a year or so and we're fine with that.

I'm new to the board - have been an Indy Car fan since I was a kid.
I have my own opinions about CART/IRL. This topic is not about any of that, so please don't go there.
This is a thought about the Kansas race that popped into my head, especially after re-watching the 2000 and 2001 CART Michigan 500 races.
I remember reading a few comments on here that the passing and lead changes were extremely lacking at Kansas. I agree. It reminded me of what oval racing was in the early to mid 1990's with CA...

I have been looking for ways to increase my conversion rates and would like to hear anyone's opinion about the use of a "Chat Service" (basically a per order service, like an affiliate).
When someone who is at your web site, chooses to leave, without placing an order, a window pops up with a live operator available to try to "save the day" and convert that visitor to order.
The pop up window might say "Hi I"m Alice, I see you're leaving, but I can get you 10% off an order today on our late...

well.. since I couldn't find any website for us yanks living abroad, I figured that I would try here.
basically, me and my girlfriend are thinking about moving to England. it should not be a problem for us move, as her dad who lives here is still a British Citizen. I have always liked this boat so I check on what's available once in awhile. This one:

is about 15 minutes from me and it sounds crazy cheap for an XX80 with Diesels. I know the broker and they've been around a long time and are reputable.

Thinking about a chrony

I'm very new to reloading. I've loaded a total of 175 rounds for my RSB 44 mag. All went bang and I've loaded only to mid range. They "feel" light compared to factory loads but this is like stabbing in the dark to me. I'm a stickler for details and need to know how fast they are going. Does anyone use the "Shooting Chrony F1 Chronograph"? Midway has them available and apparently I'm due a discount till 6/24. I've been spending some $$$ there lately. Thanks Rick

Should I do it? Or not?
I've lived in ClayCo most of my life. I am from neighboring Henry County and all of my family lives there for the most part.
Pros
-Familiarity with the area
-Close to family
-Dirt cheap house prices
-Yard space
Cons
-Not many good available jobs on my side of town so I have to deal with Downtown traffic
-High crime
-Inept politicians and school board
-School system lost Accreditation.
I don't want to get trapped there with a house in a neighborhood I don't want to live in...

Thinking About Buying a Dell

Historically I've always built my own systems, but I'm pretty out of the DIY loop these days, and I've had enough problems with individual pieces of hardware over the years that having a warranty on the whole thing has some appeal. At any rate, Dell has the following Studio XPS system for $899, and I was thinking of picking it up to replace my existing computer, which has almost completely outlived its usefulness:
