I've been thinking really hard lately about replacing the AppleTV with the MacMini. I am going to use it to watch movies, tv shows and occasionally use the internet. I have a few concerns and questions about doing this.
My first question is which MacMini should I get? Is there one that would be better? I'm looking into getting a refurbished one. How much RAM do I need? I'm not worried about the hard drive space because I will be using an external 1TB for most movies. The main difference between...

Prefer: lightweight, <$200
I'm wary of the Harbor Freight stuff, but honestly it looks exactly the same as the stuff from Sears. Lots of reviews on Sears website for the lower profile jacks say they all fail within a couple years too. Only upside there is I can get a jack from either of those two tomorrow, which would be nice but not necessary.

Does anyone else just want to see what Jack can do?

Think about this - have we ever seen Jack really healthy, not having to be the #1 on defense, on a somewhat strong team with acceptable coaching? Never.
I would like to see what he can do next year, regardless of the value of the trade. I'm not saying that I would trade Jack for anything, but I don't think that JMFJ should be considered a lost cause.

I've searched and can't find define answers to my most basic of questions...
I'm going to keep my cable (Comcast) for internet access and VOIP (Vonage). If my wife can find a acceptable place for the dish and we don't have to have my house torn up, I want to switch. My house has all underground utilities. Coax cable is run from each room to a box outside my house.

What do you guys think is better to keep on ur prerunner for a tire change in or around town or out in the dezert I know the hi-lift is more versatile, but i hear alot of old schoolers say they will always stick with floor jack... can i get some opinions, I need a jack, but dont know if i want floor jack or hi-lift..

Are you fine with the show running for six seasons? Or would you rather it be less like five, four, or three seasons?
