Anybody here into resistance training and know a thing about supplements? I picked up M-drol and P-Plex and was thinking about stacking it with Novatest as a PCT (would Nolva be better?) and Milk Thistle for liver support. I go the the gym at 5 a.m. 3-4 days a week for 45 min.-1 hour but I feel like I may be under-training while stacking this stuff and should aim for maybe 7 hours total a week? If anybody knows something about this and whether it works or any tips let me know. I know a few guys...
