This is much different, I am planning on cutting out the last half and extending it to 4 minutes or so, I was going to add this tremolo guitar part and a small breakdown... I'm also going to work out a way to transition between the intro with the 4-part harmony Ebow thing and the main song, probably shorten it by two bars and work on the volume fading out for each track.

I think many (most) of us know the poor quality of the OE rearsets on the 05-08 ZX6... mainly dealing with the brake pedal's tendency to shear off with the slightest 'crash'.
What I'm thinking of doing is making a modular type rearset that can use your OE pegs and controls OR you can purchase replacement parts from Cycle Control.
I think this would appeal to track riders more since the 'Bling' factor wouldn't be real high... but rather it would be an economical way to replace a poorly designed O...

and i found this. not sure about waht the seller is saying. (you may not either since it is in german and french) but seems he is saying it started off as a challenge (ie not for road) car, and then was converted slightly to 'gt spec' (whatever that means) to be allowed on the road. i need something that can be driven to the track, and then effectively tracked. so this looks like the right type of car for my purposes. can anybody offer any co...

Hi, I'm contemplating building an HO layout suspended from the ceiling around the wall of my basement family room. You know, the kind that's 1 track wide siting on a narrow shelf near the ceiling and goes around the whole room? I've had a few layouts, mainly N gauge, using the standard Atlas track with cork roadbed. I've never used the "snap tracks" that come with the roadbed already attached. Thinking about getting a 15 MBP for music making

Hi, I am looking to buy my first Mac. I'll mainly be using it for recording and writing music (probably Logic Express or Studio).
I was going to get the 15" MBP with the 2.66 Processor. This should be plenty powerful to run my music applications, even with lots of tracks, right?
One question I have is about the hard drive... how much better would the 7200rpm be? I will probably end up writing to an external HD via the FW 800 port, so I'm guessing it is not that important. Still, if the extra 60$...

Northern california ATOT - Track day at Thunderhill (or other club/track)...

I've posted before trying to get ATOT members to head out for a track day, but without success. Don Vito's post made me think about trying to get some members out to Thunderhill this summer.
Thunderhill is located in northern california at Willows, CA. It is a 3 mile track with both high speed and low speed sections.
If anybody is interested in a ton of track time, the Golden Gate Lotus Club runs track days for 145$ for members and 165$ for non members (membership is 25$). They run a 3 run group...

I'm thinking about getting some track wheels & tires and have narrowed it down to either the RT-615s or the new Kuhmo XS. Any opinions?
