I'm hoping to see if I can get a reply as to whether or not we'll be seeing some of our "less-than-legendary" legendary being given a bit of a boost.
As Graal mentioned about Controlled Burn in his champions thread :

Legendary Items and a level cap increase

So it seems we will be seeing another level cap increase this year already (see http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=263885 ). I was wondering whether there were any plans to change the legendary weapon system to accomodate the cap increase?
Let me explain: the original promotion for LI's was that they would "level with you." We have all seen that this is not really the case - the item's dps and quality does improve as the item levels up, but is also tied to the level restriction of the weap...

As you all know, we are able to encounter and capture Raikou, Entei and Suicune in FireRed and LeafGreen (only one per file depending on your starter, of course). However, since thinking about the chronology of Pokemon games and the events within them, i've become curious about what caused the trio to bolt around Kanto post-Elite 4.

Idea for Legendary/Trait-bonus

What do folks think about traiting all Mischief-Maker and being allowed to apply two tricks to a mob? I think that'd allow for a lot of versatility in our debuffing without needing to actually change the debuffs themselves. Of course, with this you can add a global cooldown to trick application so you cant just lay em out there at a blinding rate... or something for balance?

Legendary Drake Set question....

Okay, so I was thinking about getting a "Card of the Moon" for my Dacy, so I can replace one of the items in the set for a stronger one, but I dunno which parts of the set I should have.
I was thinking about getting the Legendary Drake Gloves, Shoes, and Cloak, then replacing the hat with the card. Is that a good idea?

We've all heard of the great Hungarian team of the 50s, or the Brazilians of the 60s...we know the beautiful and eye-catching football played by Brazil in the early 80s or Barcelona in the early 90s (Dream team)...we also know the invincible Milan of late 80s, early 90s...or the Ajax team of the 70s
