1. Basic Technical Issues for becoming a Reseller   (04 Jun 2009)
Ok I was thinking about trying my hand at Reseller Hosting. While I am working on my Business & Financial Plans, I need to make a checklist for Technical Aspects, right from finding the correct host, to creating my own web front, billing, services, Support, domainservers etc. All hosts and experienced people please post what u feel, is important technical aspects that one tends to overlook.

2. Technical/Youth Directors next year?   (07 Jun 2009)
I was wondering what you forum members think of Technical Directors buying players in next years game for the managers. Youth Directors also running the academy and an expanded academy system. A "continental" system as I see it referred to in the media like what Newcastle had. A.C. Milan, Sevilla, and I assume now Galatasaray since they hired Frank Rijkaard use them. In theory it means that the manager is left to concern himself with the day to day running of the club, the picking of the team, a...

3. Partner Wanted. Mil/Esp, technical whiz required!   (01 May 2009)
I should put to you what it is I need and see what you think about that. Then we can proceed as required and desired! I write Military/Espionage, that is the best fit genre I have found so far. I have a Special Ops TEAM in the present day. I am literately technically illiterate. At 47 yo, I came to writing last November so writing is not my strongest suit and it has never been a burning desire nor passion. I am too old to learn much more than fetch and carry and I am getting slower and slower at...

4. Technical question about building a boat ramp   (05 Jun 2009)
The BGIF thread made me think about a question that pops into my head almost everytime I launch: When "they" build a boat ramp, how do they pour the concrete under the water? At one ramp I use in the Delaware, there must be 40 - 50 feet of concrete under water at high tide, and maybe 10-20 feet at low tide.

5. Technical - home theater setup question   (20 May 2009)
think this would work with the 360 for games and music ? http://www.amazon.com/Behringer-Ultracurve-DEQ2496-Mastering-Processor/dp/B000CCN152/ I was thinking about getting it for other reasons as well..but am curious if it would work with the 360. optical audio output from 360 > equalizer optical input equalizer optical out > optical input of Onkyo home receiver from there it would distribute out to my 5.1 bose surround sound speakers. I called tech support just now , but they said the equ...

6. The Yen tells all? A technical analysis opinion   (18 May 2009)
The Yen tells all? A technical analysis opinion   1 Attachment(s) It has come to my attention that we are possibly preparing for the next leg down in the equities market which may cause the safe haven principle of dollar and yen strength. While there may be fundamental reasons for that scenario to happen this is a technical analysis post only. First off, for all that follow correlations between the pairs, you probably remember that the yen pairs where usually the first indicator of in which dire...

7. Best technical resources / books / manuals   (06 Jun 2009)
I own both the Chilton and Haynes manuals for my W126 300SD and the Star Classic for my Finny (which doesn't have much by the way) and I am looking for the best resources in all of your opinions. I just ordered this for my Finny and was wondering if anyone had experience with this . I also need to find one for my W210 300D and would love recommendations. Looks like the Technical Companion is worth the money regardless of which model you own. Thoughts? Thank you Gentlemen, Bryan Plaunt

8. Technical Publications for the FM   (28 May 2009)
Hey all. I have been browsing around a lot, and I think I mentioned it in the building thread, but I am not sure. Are there any kind of centrally maintained and up to date technical pubs for the FM? When I get mine when I get back home, I am going to be doing all the maintenance myself. While that does not bother me any, I am a pretty proficient mech, I would rather not just start going through the car willy nilly. Really I am thinking about things like torque requirements for items, tuning spec...

9. best cable for a long cable run? - Technical   (28 Jun 2009)
I am thinking about putting a dish in my back garden, it could be between 30 and 50 m away, though I am not sure yet about how much to add on for bends. What would be the best cable to buy for this?

10. Technical Questions   (04 Jul 2009)
Can someone tell me what size flybar and what diameter main shaft is in the Velocity? Was thinking about getting stubs for it and possibly a swash leveler before the kit comes in to be ready. Thanks!!
