Drills for flat left wrist/cupped right wrist

I am working on shallowing out my swing plane and getting my left wrist flat at the top of the backswing. I'm a believer that the two are intertwined somewhat. I've made some progress with good results but I was just wondering if anybody had any drills or swing thoughts to help progress more.
I know about the tee in the glove trick. For some reason concentrating on keeping the left wrist flat does not work for me, I just have a hard time doing that consciously, however, when I think about cuppin...

Wrist Straps

Hey guys what are your opinions on wrist straps for back days?? I know some people that swear by them and some say they are overrated and not to use them. Ive heard if your hand strength is not good enough to pick up the weight you are attempting than you should not be attempting it anyway. I have not tried them yet but am thinking about it because my hands are getting torn up with all the rows and shrugs on back days. I do not like wearing gloves i found they always pinch my hands while lifting...

ZINEX Trimix on a 6.5" wrist what are your thoughts?

G'day guys -
I've been looking pretty hard at the new L/E Trimix... but the only thing holding me back is my 6.5" wrist
Anyone here with a similar size wrist sporting a Trimix and how do you find it?
I'd be wearing it on either rubber or zulu if that makes the decision any easier / harder
Any thoughts, opinions and wrist shots much appreciated

I hope I'm not alone with this idea here I'm thinking about somehow balancing the weight that Breitling watches put on my left wrist by adding something to my right wrist. My idea would be a men's bracelet made of stainless steel, probably a combination of brushed and polished surfaces -- to match the B-1. Here in Hungary you can get such things from various Italian manufacturers for a price of USD 50 to 200. Some examples:

Power Discovered: Wrist back before hitting!!

This is shocking to me that I've never noticed it before, but today, i was playing around when i decided to do what i always see the pros do -- wrist back on swing and move it forward right before impact. AMAZING! The head racquet swing speed was so much better. I tried it with some flat balls and they went blasting to the fence with using almost shoulder/arm power.
I always thought power comes from the body/arm so i always tried to generate power that way with not much luck (always craved more...

LM-7 on the Right Wrist?

I have been thinking about the LM-7, but I am left handed and wear my watches on my right wrist. I am weary that the crown side will either dig into my hand or at least hit the wrist when flexing my wrist back and forth. I may have missed it, but I did not see any discussions on this issue in prior postings.
I would appreciate any thoughts or pics of LM-7 owners that wear it on the right wrist.
