I am thinking about scaling back my trip to Japan to spend more time in Australia for 30-31 days and then just spending a few days in japan to see Mount Fuji and TYO. What parts of Australia would you recomden? and were would be good places to stay? I don't need a fancey place to stay just some were to sleep. We are interested in a cruise Australia/New Zealand in January, 2010. We are looking into Oceania or Princess. We love Oceania and have never gone on Princess. The price and itineary on Princess is better, but I am concerned with the size of ship. Has anyone been on both? Opinions please.
