1. Catholic Church Muzzled by Jewish Butchery in Gaza   (16 May 2009)
by Richard Glenn In the aftermath of the infamous interview with Bp. Richard Williamson earlier this year where he stated with both straight face and clear conscience his belief that “holocaust” history as it has been told now for the last half century is much like any other production coming out of Jewish Hollywood–meaning a work of fiction designed to propagandize the masses–the world was inundated with minute-by-minute/how-by-hour breaking news reports. Numbering in the millions in terms of d...

2. Amnesty: Israel killed hundreds of Gaza civilians   (02 Jul 2009)
I was reading a CNN article that I found interesting and wanted to share it with the forum. I'm sure the Israel-Palestine discussion has been had dozens of times already, but does this article change/influence anyone's opinions on the matter? http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/meast/...eref=rss_world

3. What do you think? ---Opinions requested, please.   (18 Jun 2009)
A while back, in GD, I posted photos of drawings of children in Gaza. I posted them with no editorial comment, and they spoke for themselves. A disrupter came in and soon it became a fight over Israeli/Palestine issues, and then the post was locked. I posted a photo yesterday, I was inspired by President Carter's visit to Gaza, and he said he found it just like it was hit yesterday, which means it looks just like the photos I have. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.ph... From: Common Dreams General Discussion American Political Topic Wednesday, May 6 Who Will Stop the AIPAC Jews Before it is Too Late? by Medea Benjamin While I was being tackled by security guards at Washington's Convention Center during the AIPAC conference for unfurling a banner that asked "What about Gaza?," my heart was aching. I wasn't bothered so much by the burly guards who were yanking my arms behind by back and dragging me-along with 5 other CODEPINK members-out of the hall. They were do...

8. Ed Husain on Israel and Gaza conflict   (17 May 2009)
Ed Husain on Israel: Ed Husain The Observer, 11/01/09 How can this happen before our eyes? As a British Muslim, it is so frustrating that no one seems to understand our anger These last two weeks have left me deeply troubled. The images of innocent, wounded Palestinians being carried on stretchers to hospitals as they recited the Muslim testimony of faith called out to me. On my deathbed, I will recite the same Islamic declaration of faith. Like a billion Muslims across the world, I identified w...

Neo-Cons' Zionist Fantasies Crash & Burn In Gaza   Pity The Poor Neocons By Robert Parry January 2, 2009 http://www.consortiumnews.com/2009/010209.html As bloody and grotesque as Israel’s pounding of Gaza has been, it marks a bitterly disappointing end for seven-plus years of neoconservative dominion over U.S. foreign policy, a period that was supposed to conclude with the dismantling of Israel’s Muslim enemies in the region. Contrary to those neocon plans, George W. Bush is limping toward a his...
