We all know the Republicans (and some Democrats, to be honest) just can't stand the President's high popularity ratings. Poll after poll only makes the situation worse in their eyes. Apparently, they've decided to do something about it by taking a poll designed to manipulate answers and opinion. This poll is being conducted by Zogby International.
