So I received 3 macbook airs, all of which had lines, 2 of which would not sit flat on my desk.
Apple told me they are made that way and gave me a refund.
It is rude, unhelpful and a total waste of time. Disgusting. I hope they release a new model soon which is built properly!

We live in a 3200 square foot 2 level home. We have 3 units. For the past several years, we've used a window unit to help cool down the larger bedroom while allowing the AC unit to cool the other 2 bedrooms. I'm so tired of the noise of the window unit and the inconvenience of getting DH to install and remove it each season. Plus it can't be that energy effecient.
The AC unit is still functioning fine(it is about 9 years old) so I'm having a really hard time deciding to spend so much money. Toda...

Hi all,
Well Its almost summer time and I turned on my AC today to see what the status was on my refridgerant.
R14 Low (no biggie)
Defroster Vent: Airs flowing like a champ
Main Vents: Inop - not even a whisper
Feet Vents: Airs great
So I took it to the base fixer upper shop for a free estimate and look-around. They said they couldnt pinpoint the problem. And this being Japan they didnt have the resources to work on this American Classic.
So....I put together a potential shopping list

Thinking About New AMD Build

After my experiences with an nvidia board and the somewhat expensive 955be's overclockability I'm thinking about selling my brand new setup and coming up with a new AMD build. This time air cooled rather than water. Let me know what you guys think.

Hey guys, I actually live down in the bay area now of San Fran, but i'd liek to get multiple opinions...

So I'm thinking about going into the Air Force

After graduating college, I'm considering going into the Air Force as a Weather Officer. I'd kinda like to do something in the military, and this would allow me to actually use my degree.
I haven't decided on this for sure yet, but we'll see what happens in the next couple of years.
