Need some opinions. I could have easily posted this under Building Science, but I don't want it to get deleted if you inmates get out of control.
I hate high utility bills. Let me rephrase: I despise high utility bills. If Cap'n Trade gets his way we'll be paying through the wazoo for future energy costs, and in my case, fire wood to cook our nightly squirrel. NSBR Board - "Drawer Pulls/Knobs, need opinions please...pics inside!"

Okay, I am absolutely horrible about this sort of thing. I just know that I want to put knobs/pulls on my kitchen cabinets. I did not pick these cabinets out but I do like them...I would call them semi-custom, but whatever. Ignore the black appliances because we are in the process of purchasing stainless steel. So here is a couple of pictures of my cabinets, I would say the truer color is the picture below

Hey everone, alright lets rewind to about 3 months ago. I bought a box of 08 SPA football from the local card store. After opening the box, I had gotten 1 autograph. The one autograph was a 2-clr Jerome Simpson patch auto, the only thing is, it was damaged, not horribly, but enough to see with the naked eye. So, I called UD and they told me to send the card in and they will replace that one and send out the other autos that were supposed to be in the box.

Well, at about April of last year I had to get a physical for a job I was going to be working over the summer. I tipped the scales at 305 pounds....as a ****ing 17 year old. I was completely disgusted with myself but it took me until February of this year to get off my lazy *** and do something about it.
Here are some pictures of me at about my fattest, in late 2008.
These were both taken at last Christmas, pre-weight loss.
Right at the end of January, I decided enough was enough and it was time...

looking for opinions/advice about "Street Beat"

i am looking for a small fixed blade and am thinking about the street beat. the big question in my mind is the sheath. what little i have seen online indicates that the sheath is no good, the knife rattles inside, the sheath eventually breaks in and becomes too loose. i would proably carry in the small of my back and evidently the sheath has to be modified (drilled) to work in this position? i cant seem to find a lot of feedback of any kind online and what is there is at least a couple of years...

Hiya, I have juwel trigon 190 corner tank. I was originally just using the standard juwel t5 28w lighting bar with a blue and white marine bulb. I also had a small compact actinic t5 36w at the front.
Yesterday I changed over to aquaray LED aquabeam 500s.
What are opinions or experience of these on coral growth. I had tried to research but there seemed to be many conflicting reports. I had seen tanks with a couple of them on and liked the effect so decided to go for it.

Carnival Imagination Inside room vs. Suite

I am sailing on the Carnival Imagination in June. My final payment is due tomorrow and I am thinking about upgrading from an inside room on the empress deck to a suite on the Verandah deck. The cruise is for my husbands 40th Birthday and I think he may like having a balcony but I am not sure if it is worth the cost. We have only taken one other cruise and had an inside room. The cost for the upgrade is $275.00 per person. I know I can only decide this but any help would be appreciated. The room...
