Opinions on working in home office (NJ)

Looking to potentially come over to Bayer Healthcare (NJ - Montville/Wayne) in a home office capacity.
Does anyone have any experience with the home office, or does anybody work in the home office that can give me an idea of what life is like inside?
Things like the quality of the management levels there, work/life balance, overall quality/intelligence of people at the manager/director level, etc.

Can anyone who has used Microsoft Office 2007 offer me any insight on how it finally installs itself and then resides on your system?
What I mean to say is does in take take over the PC?
Does it need to auto load at system start-up?
If so can you configure it not to auto load and ONLY load when you want it to?

Hi guy, I need a little bit of advise
I've bought MBP Unibody (2.8Ghz, 4Gb Ram, 320Gb 7200rpm ecc) last November but now I'm not sure whether it was the best choice for me (it's a little bit overkill for my needs). I'm going to college this autumn so I was thinking that maybe MB or MBA Unibody would fit better my needs (Internet, multimedia, productivity, office), but I don't want to compromise in quality.

For those of you considering purchasing Tamiflu and considering it if you children get the flu, I would urge you to go online and research it. It has a very poor track record in children.
My daughter was given Tamiflu when she was 3 years old and the first night she took it she started hallucinating, she was aggressive, aggitated and really another child. Then the next morning she was still very altered and not herself.
We called the doctor's office and they told us not to give her another dose...

Things don't seem to be going too well with me right now. There's been several red flags and I am investigating them, but if I am right, he'll be getting a "Have A Nice Life -- WITHOUT ME!" letter. He told me he was in for a probation violation, but DOC has 00/00/0000 for his release date and also says he's LWOP! Big difference!
