Thinking about buying a Kimber Pro Covert..opinions wanted.

Hello,
I have recently stumbled upon a hefty real estate commission, and I think I want to treat myself to a new pistol..you know, as a reward to myself I'm liking the Pro Covert II and think it might be the one.
First, I know there are plenty of 1911 options out there and some might feel that for a "bit more" I can "upgrade" to a Wilson, Baer, Ed Brown, etc. I don't really want to go this route. People say, "Once you get a (insert high-end name here) you will see the difference in quality." I d...

About 3 years ago I was diving Santa Cruz and didn't know that there was a shark tournament going on the same time.
As I look over to my right I saw a nice 18 foot mako swimming right next to me. I think I have told this story a couple of times.
That sharked checked me out for about 5 mins. I was scared shitless, but continued to swim with it rather then swim away.
I think the shark was just courious of me. If I had a bang stick I would have let it have it and won the tournament if i was signed...

Hi
New to the forum and first post. I got an Imola Red E46 '02 325Ci M Sport last week and have realised the standard stereo isn't up to much! What would be your thoughts on the following setup, keeping the standard Business Cassette head unit :
Amp - JBL GTO75.4 - 104 watts RMS x 4 channel at 4 ohms / 600w Peak
Front Components - JBL GTO-506ce 13cm Component Speakers
Rears - JL AUDIO XR525-CW 5-1/4" 1-Way 120W Midbase Speakers

Bangs or No Bangs? Short or Long Hair?

OK - this is sort of random of me. But My hair has hit m shoulders now... well... almost all of it... cept my bangs, which are too short to go behind my ears or pull up, but too long to do anything else with. And I'm thinking about cutting them... Then again, I'm thinking about just cutting my hair all back off short and layer'y. What do you think? Here's some sample photos:
Do note that these are fairly old. Like... 1-3 years. The long hair is 2.5 years old, the most recent is the really short...

Ok... I have been thinking about getting bangs. My mother and sisters say no way...my best friend says do it. I am not sure. I feel like my face is too round for bangs, my hair is really thin, but I love the way bangs look.
Any opinions?

I currently have an older HP desktop and a new sony vaio laptop. Have been thinking of trying a Mac for a while but DH was always turned off by the price. Both my Dad and step-sis swear by their macs, so it may be time for me to jump in and try.

ok. so i've been thinking about bangs. the kind dat just cover ur whole forehead. i would love to have bangs kinda like how selena gomez has them or something like dat. but i have curly/wavy hair. it's weird. but if i got bangs i would prolly have 2 straighten them all the time and stuff. i have side bangs now and i have to straighten them or they are crazy. what do you think though? =/

hi there been out of the upgrade game for some while having put together my system 2 years ago and coasted a bit, not really paying attention to the advances etc
