A few of us are thinking of transfering our main weavers/wargs over here ...
(13 Jun 2009)
Ive been so impressed with the Landy community as a whole (save for a few knuckleheads), that Im seriously considering transfering over here. Quite a few of us are thinking about this actually, and with a steady base of about 40 active greendot weavers that would be on from time to time, all the parts are in place.
For the off hours, or days when we dont "Summon the Swarm", we would do small group PvP, and would happily engage freeps with a team of actual ranked weavers/wargs/healers.
Us "zergli...

Leaving Or Transfering
(11 May 2009)
TO ALL THOSE CREEPS OR FREEPS LEAVING FOR GOOD(BECAUSE OF GAME PLAY) OR TRANSFERING BECAUSE U DONT LIKE THE WAY PVP IS AT THE MOMENT ON THIS SERVER
YOUR ALL SUCK(IN A NICE WAY)
GOING TO A SERVER THAT ALREADY HAS DECENT PVP, HAVING IT HANDED TO YA INSTEAD OF WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS SERVER BETTER IS A WIMPY WAY OUT.
WE NEED LEADERS ON BOTH SIDES TO PUT THERE HEADS TOGETHER AND CHANGE THE WAY WE PLAY THIS GAME HERE
IF THAT MEANS KIN LEADERS GETTING TOGETHER ONCE A MONTH TO GIVE NEW IDEA, TRYI...

Transfering Schools
(13 May 2009)
I have just finished my first year of college, pledging one semester and a brother the next. It was a really great experience, but I do not think I am at the college for me. I am considering transfering to another college that would better suite my needs. One thing that was important to me was that the college I transfer to had a solid chapter, so I could stay involved. The hardest thing is leaving my current fraternity, mainly my pledge brothers who I have only spent a year with. A few kids out...

Transfering to NUIM
(03 Jun 2009)
Hi, quick question. I was doing electronic engineering in DCU and started in 2002. I passed my first 2 years but really had very little interest in the course as i wasn't sure what i wanted to do with my life. To be honest, my parents pushed me to go into the course. I had to repeat some exams over both years but ultimately passed well even though i wasn't applying myself all that much.
In third year things got worse and i failed some exams towards the end of the year. i also didn't do my intra...

Replacement Mac Pro coming- Need help on how to transfer data
(25 May 2009)
Ok guys. So here's the issue. I have a 2008 Mac Pro which is being replaced by a 2009 2.66GHZ Octocore by Apple because of all the failures I had with the system. Anyways the computer hasn't shipped yet but I need a way to transfer my info from my old 500GB HDD (stock from Apple) onto the new 640GB HDD that's coming with the replacement system. I'm thinking of doing this via firewire but I am having some difficulty finding where to get one? I have two Windows Partitions via Bootcamp and I absolu...

Cost to rent or transfer points?
(24 Jun 2009)
Does Disney charge some kind of administrative fee for transfering points from one member to another?
How about if you rent out your points, whether or not to another DVC member?
Planning a cruise in 2011 and was thinking about renting out my points for 2010 and 2011 in order to pay cash for it. Otherwise, it'll cost me my points earned in 2010, 2011, and 2012 (3 years!) to go on the cruise.
Thanks!

Transferring High Speed Internet
(28 May 2009)
Yesterday, 09:59 PM I realize my best answer is to contact the local office, but was just curious if I could get an answer now.
My wife and I are moving apartments tomorrow. However, in all the rush, we have forgotten to transfer our high speed internet. When we signed up originally, a tech came out to set everything up and install the modem. Its a very simple setup, the modem just hooks directly to a cable jack. I've been looking on their website on what steps to transfer services, but have com...

Thinking about my future/career/school. (Long read)
(08 May 2009)
I'm 21 years old, 22 at the end of the year. I graduated high school in 2005 and I still live with my parents, go to a local community college, and have exactly half of my transfer classes I need to transfer to a UC or Cal State or something.. or somewhere else..? I just feel lost. I first wanted to do Pharmacy, but it's way too much work for me especially because I absolutely hate chemistry/biology. I just can't see myself doing that for the rest of my life, yeah the money's good but I won't be...
