Shadow Haste Cap

When talking about haste (in terms of spells), people tend to say the effective cap is 650, after where the effect of haste is extremely inefficient. Looking at the only spell we got that scale decently with haste, Mind Flay, and the 4p Tier8 bonus, I'm thinking about it's clever to go over this cap.
Currently I have 466 passive haste rating, thus a total of 706 haste on Mind Flay, 56 over the cap. The proc only knocks of 0.11 second of my cast-time, rendering it less useful than if I could repl...

hey guys i got a 4 wheel alignment done at les schwab and was wondering what your opinion on these settings are. im thinking about increasing the negative camber a lil bit.
Front Left:
Camber= Actual: -0.5, Before: -0.2
Caster= Actual: 5.3, Before: 5.7
Toe= Actual: -0.06, Before: -0.07
SAI= Actual: 6.3, Before: 6.4
Included Angle= Actual: 5.8, Before:6.2
Front Right:
Camber= Actual: -0.6, Before: -0.8
Caster= Actual: 5.8, Before: 5.6
Toe= Actual: -0.05, Before: -0.11

I found myself with too much time on my hands and so I thought I'd do some statistical analysis on the various methods of rebalancing the Orb of Imposition class feature. mi rivolgo al popolo degli econometristi per avere un consiglio su un dubbio che mi assale da un pò di giorni.
Vi spiego un pò quello che sto facendo. Ho due serie storiche x(t) e y(t) (non finanziarie, ma poco importa) e sto cercando di studiare attraverso un modello non lineare se y(t) migliori le previsioni di x(t) (insomma Granger casuality). Per fare questo ho deciso di tenere da parte le ultime 12 osservazioni, su cui poi ho fatto delle previsioni one step ahead tenedo fissi...
