Hi,
Wasnt sure if i should post this in the new or mature riders section? as Im both
I've recently returned to riding as an adult - the last time i rode was over 20 years ago. After lots of research (on here) I found a great local riding school where i feel very safe and confident and Im really enjoying my lessons.
I've only had a few so far but Im happy with walk, trot and canter although my control around corners with canter can be pretty bad, but at one lesson a week its going to take a while...

Adults as Coaches on the field

Our team utilizes a student coach on the field during competitions. Some adults on our team have suggested that we start having an adult on the field as a couch because many of the "good" teams have adults. My thoughts are that this is a high school competition and if we are to prepare our students for real life then why not give them the experience of competition. But this could make it unfair as some teams choose to have adults with many years of experience on the field. What do other teams th...

Go to Amazon, Ebay or any number of other sites that pull from the general on-line populace, and you will find certain items segregated into a special section for adults. Even before the days of shopping.com, Epinions had items that raised both ire and eyebrows with some in its database. Today, that is even more true.

we are thinking about starting a business selling adult dvds and such and shipping them throughout the US
but are concerned about the legal affects of this, and getting a knock on the door from the attorney general or postmaster
i know one tactic is not to ship to certain area codes (in n. florida for instance) and not ship through the USPS
what else? im sure there are some experts here that know more about this

Unlike the anime, people in the manga actually grew up from a child to an adult, becoming more mature and etc.
However, I have to ask you guys this question, what do you think about the fact that the generation 1 pokedex holders are going to become 18 or older in the series?
Do you still wish to see more stories about them as adults or will you stop following them in their adventures?
Although it will be great if we have some fillers about their adulthood? How each of the Pokedex holders get on...

I was just woundering what you all think about the Bruger King commercial? The one with Spong Bob and the baby got back song?
Me I think its completely inappropaite for a Kids meal.
My Dh gets upset every time he sees it. we both think that the song is a wrong choice to advertise a childs meal.
Kids Meals are ment to be for Childen 12 and younger and that song is totally about sex.. I dont like it. I love the song, when Im with my ADULT freinds and family but not for Children one bit!

I still get really, really sad when I think about my experience as a fourteen-year-old anorexic. I know it is is normal to be sad about something like this, but sometimes I get a little obsessive when I start think about that time in my life. I'll be sitting on the subway, riding to school, and I'll start crying because something reminds me of that period of my life.
