Thinking about getting an Xbox 360

I want to play Mass Effect and Fable II.
I'm trying to justify the $200 purchase since I already have a Wii and PS3.
I think if I can come up with 5 other exclusives (or console exclusives) that I'm interested in, I can do it.
Lets clear up a few things about my tastes though...
1. I like to get games that I will keep. If I lose interest in a game, I end up selling it, so even though I may like the game, if I don't feel like I am going to play it again, I can't include it on my list of 5 games....

Japanese magazine Famitsu has polled a pool of 798 about their thoughts on what's going on with the game industry. The most interesting data was with online gaming.
While 90 percent of those polled have used some sort of home console or portable console, only 24 percent of those have actually paid to use said service meaning, we assume, they're not using paid services like Xbox LIVE. What's more, 58.5 percent use those networks for wireless ad hoc play (think Monster Hunter on the PSP).

Since TSW is also coming out for Xbox Live does that mean Xbox live users will not have to pay a suscription for TSW since were already paying a suscription for Live?Am i Right?

Ok, so I need some opinions. Here's the deal:
I have owned a 3 since about a year they came out. I own about 25 games, most of which have decreased value and have been treated rather poorly. I have been considering buying a PS3 and selling my 3 . I'm on my fourth Xbox (thank god I got a warranty from EBGames). Man...all the people starts: what shoul i chouse xbox or ps3
Don't think about: games, graphics ( same) , etc...
There is just some thing that makes ps3 better ....so if want my opinion ...buy ps3...because:
---no "heat" problems...so it dosen't exist any RING OF FIRE....si you don't have to buy another ps3....

I havent bought a game since Resident Evil 5. I was thinking about buying GH: Metallica or Lost Odyssey. Are there any good games out? It seems like nothing is coming out until the summer.
