A post named "looking for opinions" got this idea rolling...it had such positive response I thought I'd try to compile what I teach to my students in person- into a set of "rules" for Karaoke Scene for any of you that are considering competition in a Karaoke Contest.

Reverse Dieting/Post Contest Dieting???

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of trying to not gain a bunch of fat back after my 1st show a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping to get some opinions on this plan below, and some varification of whether it's a a good plan or not for my goals.
1st a few things to help people assess my plan:
-I didn't do any Keto dieting... the lowest my carbs were was ~170 grams and that was only for the last 2-3 weeks.
-I didn't get that lean... maybe 6.5 - 8% body fat - probably 8% bf LOL
-I dieted for 22 weeks thou...

Anyway, yesterday, Danny Gokey was [sadly] kicked off, leaving Kris&Adam in the top two.
Personally, I don't think Danny should have been kicked off. The top two should've been Adam&Danny [or at least I think so] This may be offensive, so I apologize to Kris Allen fans, but I don't see how he made it. He is a good vocalist, but he isn't memorable to me. I just don't see what's special about him. I'll stop there. xD
