Help w/ Ballad Flinging Build

I'm thinking about retraiting to take advantage of ballads as much as possible. There are a few reasons for this:
1) I can still be effective DPS outside of warspeech
2) RP-wise "Harperella" not Drummerella or Theorboella and I like my harp.
So I looked at harps and noticed that they all focus on reducing power costs of ballads. Since our latest update makes ballads quicker to fling, perhaps a ballad-spam build would work. Basically, I put out low level damage constantly w...

Bright College!!!: My homegrown Warband. help me improve and balance it.

I was thinking about a wizard heavy list, so I'm trying to make one. this one is based on the idea of a college having tutoring expeditions in Mordheim. the students and teachers of the college will be aided by mercenaries they have hired to protect them and magical creatures created by the leading wizard.
I must admit I don't know alot about the colleges so if theres something wrong lorewise please tell me.
First off the general special rules:

I have a problem with character authorization on official Polish Neverwinter Nights 2 Server and it can be solved with credible wizards opinion or real books experts. I have few questions that needs to be answered.
Do gods have time for all of their followers and servants? Do gods fight for the souls of their followers and servants when they're endangered by baatezu or Tanar'ri for example? If so how does it look? Are Red mages of Thay capable of making artificial planetouched races for example...

Okay, so I just bought a D200 2 weeks ago here and have loved everything about it so far, except for the fact that the cls system works terrible outside during the day. I'm already at the point where I've said screw it, time to look at slaves. Now, everyone is talking about ebay slaves and pocket wizards, I'm thinking about those ebay slaves, but I'm worried about reliability. Or I could buy pocket wizards and wait even longer til I can afford a 10.5. So my question here is, is there anything el...

ok seriously, lets think about this.... THE F1 BUTTON causes default internet browser to pop up and take me to a wizards help website.... something i never want to happen... EVER! located right next door is the F2 BUTTON .... the button that i, and every other magic player who knows what he or she is doing, hit ALL THE TIME....
i don't want to know why this was designed this way.. it's the most akward thing ever. i just want it to stop... please help me make the f1 button stop... it must be stop...

Is anybody here willing to render any existing card (has to be a proper card, not a custom unfortunately) in proper red/green 3d?
I've been thinking about how to make promos really look special and I think this idea might be worth suggesting to wizards. I suspect it would go down a lot better with a visual aid though.

Hi! I'm Randi & i'm very new to musical theatre. I've only been in & auditioned for one show.I got a lead as Madame T in Les Miz School Edition this past year. I'm a soprano, but i can sing alto also, & I have a very strong belt voice. I was thinking about auditioning for a community theatre production of the Wizard of Oz & i would love to be Dorothy, but, as a newcomer i don't want to get too ahead of myself. Tactics Wizard versus Tactics Information.

As most of you know there is a new "Tactics Wizard" due out for FM10. This "Wizard" will present the user with options based upon footballing concepts found within the "Tactical Theorems and Frameworks" guide rather than the current tactical sliders for users to define their tactics in FM10. It has been met with great applause apparently, but throughout the debate over tactics Sports Interactive have maintained the stance that the tactical sliders are sound.
