And don't tell me to buy a Mac I know NOTHING about them at all!

Thinking about my future/career/school. (Long read)

I'm 21 years old, 22 at the end of the year. I graduated high school in 2005 and I still live with my parents, go to a local community college, and have exactly half of my transfer classes I need to transfer to a UC or Cal State or something.. or somewhere else..? I just feel lost. I first wanted to do Pharmacy, but it's way too much work for me especially because I absolutely hate chemistry/biology. I just can't see myself doing that for the rest of my life, yeah the money's good but I won't be...

Opinions Wanted magnetic sample display

I need to build frame sample displays and was thinking fabric panels to save the trouble of glueing fabric to a wall and maximize space with a lot of corners and small spaces. Not to mention i think they look nicer and offer the freedom to rearrange easily as this project evolves.
As I was driving home I was thinking sheet metal, with magnets on the samples would be a good idea. Does anyone know if you can get rare earth magnetic strip? I don't know if the regular strips would be strong enough f...

I have macbook described in my sig. I have been getting more and more into design work (i.e. Photoshop, sketch up, etc.) and i also feel like i need a little bit more screen real-estate. Its nothing professional (im 15) but i feel like im lacking power for how old the machine is (8 months). I need to have music going to concentrate and make anything look good.
