Mama Melrose - Fantasmic Dinner Package
I'm looking for two character meals. One kinda girly for dd and one kinda boyish for my ds or two that are good for both.

I already have all my dining ressies, but I'm thinking about making some changes. Help me decide if I should.
I have a ressie at Sci-Fi (late lunch): should I switch to mama melrose?
I have a ressie at WCC (dinner): should I switch to Maya Grill (dinner) or Yak & Yeti. I have never been to WCC or Y&Y, but have been to the Maya Grill once and liked it.

Has anyone done the fantasmic dinner package? If so, can you give me some details. We're thinking about doing this in August and are trying to decide between Hooywood & Vine and Mama Melrose. Any thoughts?

If you don't plan on going to the Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive or the Track Day at Grattan , consider going to the Windy City Miata Club Autox in Melrose Park this Saturday. They are a great, laid back, and helpful group to run with and you'll get a ton of runs. I've been running with them for years.
Unfortunately I'll be at the Grattan track day, but I'm hoping there is a some S2000 turnout. This is their first event of the season, so now is the perfect time to start autoxing if you have been th...

First timer - Help!!

August will actually be our fourth trip to the World but our first one with the DDP. My ADR window opens on May 19th and I have finally figured out a schedule, I think! I would love to hear opinions and/or suggestions on my choices. Please, let me know if you think I will have a problem getting any of these.
Day 1: dinner at Chefs de France
Day 2: dinner at Mama Melrose (Fantasmic package)
Day 3: lunch at Tony's Town Square
Day 4: dinner at Cape May
Day 5: lunch at Hollywood & Vine
Day 6: dinner...

First Day realistic ADR time???

I get to make ADR's in 2 days . We're flying into to Sanford Airport at 1:00PM on Thursday Aug 20th and have been told it's a 50 minute drive to Coronado Springs.
Being conservative I'm assuming we'll arrive at the resort no later than 3:00PM. What is a realistic time to make an ADR for the first night? We'll be hungry so early is better and preferred...but I don't want to cut it too close with getting organized in room and be unable to make reservation.

Out of curiosity what does everyone think about Barry Melrose in general and his comments regarding Ovetchkin. I think frankly Barry is a fat bastard who only talks about west coast hockey because the east is too "defensive mind" oriented for him. Frankly Stan Fischler in my oppinion pisses me off more then any other commentator to walk the face of the earth. Maybe because he tells it like it is haha. I would just like to hear your oppinions.

I was completely surprised at how Pitt rebounded from game 5. On the other hand, Detroit came in flat as hell. I think the Wings was over-confident and was surprised as I was with Pitt's play. The right team deserved to win this game. What a save by Fleury late in the game!!!
Now, we have Game 7 where 12 of the last 14 home teams have won the final game. The Wings are a -1.70 to -1.80 favorite at the books I've checked out, and this is about what I was guessing. I wouldn't be surprised to see it...
