1. Opinions on bending wedges to minmize Gaps????   (02 Jul 2009)
Looking for some feedback on bending the lofts of my wedges to shrink the gaps... Seems strange as I'm very consistant with the irons as 4* reductions between clubs is usually 10 yards. e Currently hitting: (high with a ton of spin- mant times too much) 9i - 140 PW (46*) 125 GW (52*) 105 SW (56*) 85 LW (60*) 70 Think about bending the lofts... Opinions? Suggestions? Questions: 1. Does the bedning effect the greeen side playability at all?

3. Something to think about regarding DHA   (26 Apr 2009)
I was reading "Tan Talk" on tantoday, which I guess is a site connected to this one. I clicked a few years back in the archives, and some tanning salon owners had some very valid points regarding bronzers. One of them said he did not like to stock DHA lotions in his salon. He stated that if there is extra color on the tanner from the DHA, it could give a false sense of security that there is a base tan, when there is not, and they could get burned. From personal experience, I agree with that, as...

4. Mandira bedi's new hot look   (07 May 2009)
"Because the doctors raise their rates, the attorneys raise their rates. Because the attorneys' rates have gone up, schoolteachers want a raise, which raises our taxes, and on and on and on. Soon, there will be such a horrifying gap between the rich and the poor that chaos will break out and another great civilization will collapse. Great civilizations collapsed when the gap between the haves and havenots was too great. America is on the same course, proving once again that history repeats itsel...

7. Bunk beds for 2.5 YOs   (01 Jul 2009)
Posted 30 June 2009 - 07:44 PM We are planning to transition to big kid beds in around December. T & Charli will be about 2.5 around this time. We have been talking about BKB for a while and had determined we would get two regular twin size beds for them and they would room together until the baby in my tummy is old enough to have a roommate. We were driving through the neighborhood last week and saw what appeared to be a bed frame at a garage sale. Turns out it was the frame for a toddler bunk...

9. a plea to those building raised beds   (09 Apr 2009)
I'm on a soapbox here. I hear so many folks talking about building raised beds... what to do for the sides? the expense, the longlivity, wondering what material to use that is 'safe'... let's think outside the box and just build raised mounded beds, no sides! Think about it you don't loose any growing space being taken up by block, brick or wood. It's completly free. No need to worry how long it will last or whether it is having some sort of environmental or health effects. You are not purchasin...

10. Transition to Big Kid Beds   (12 May 2009)
So DH and I have been discussing the transition out of cribs. Honestly, I don't want to do it yet. I don't have climbers, and they seem pretty happy in their cribs. But the crib tent thread in the PC had me thinking about what would I do if they started trying to get out of their cribs. Right now, mine share a room. And we have no problem fitting the two cribs in the room. But what should I do when I get rid of cribs? Did you go to those mini-toddler beds ... like this? http://www.toysrus.com/pr...
