Keeping occupied until our LO's arrive...

Let's make a list of different suggestions of how we can keep our minds occupied until our LO's arrive. All I think about every second of the day is 'When is Alanah coming'??? Since I've become full term the waiting and wondering has started to drive me I am trying to take it one day at a time. I know the longer she is in my womb, the better, but just the fact that she is ready or close to being ready is driving me COO COO!!!
Any suggestions???

Conjurations and Occupied Squares

Based on the errata for flaming sphere and the errata for conjurations both in the PH and PH2 I've become confused about conjurations and to what degree they occupy a space. Specifically:
1.) When a conjuration does not occupy a space (see Bigby's Icy Grasp) I assume you can move through it and otherwise ignore it for purposes of cover, flanking etc etc. Is this true?
2.) For conjurations that do occupy a space (see flaming sphere) do they allow you to move through them? Can you bullrush, push p...
3.
Is it too early to start thinking about expansion packs?

I'm a greedy little Simmer. I've barely scratched the surface of Sims 3 and I'm already wondering what they are going to do with the expansions. I'm sure we will eventually get some retread of the usual suspects like Pets and Hot Date/ Nightlife, but what else could be on the horizon.
I've been thinking that a good way to take advantage of the open neighbourhood concept would be to have seasonal EPs and gain weather bit by bit (since it seems to be such a chore for EA...again). and a new neighbo...

Hi Folks!
I'm starting up an online game in my very own homebrew world and in the first session my players will likely face 1 or 2 encounters, both of which I outline below.
What I'd like are some ideas to make these encounters more interesting and dynamic and other general opinions towards them.

I have heard good things about Battlefield Bad Company and I will be buying it looking to get the max offline achievements but mainly as a game to play online until Modern Warfare 2.
Is the online really that good? I heard its pretty amazing but Im just not sure. I can currently pick it up cheap on play.com but I backed out last minute earlier tonight as I only got paid today and paid back money I owed and bought some DvD's so Im already half way through this months wages lol.

use of laptop hard drives in raid 5 array for WHS system drive. opinions ...

one thing i don't like about WHS is the lack of failure protection for the system drive. if the system drive dies the WHS is toast.
i have an adaptec 3805 hardware raid card ( 8 x internal SAS/SATA ), and am considering putting the OS on a raid 5 array. doesn't need to be be particularly big in capacity, but small in physical volume occupied by the drives and low power consumption.
to this end i am considering a supermicro 8 2.5inch drives into 2 5.25inch bay module, and a set of seagate 7200.3...

Bulding new HTPC, opinions/advice?

Hey all,
I'm considering of getting/building a HTPC that is strictly for TV viewing only, no gaming at all. It will be plugged through my receiver via HDMI. I'm having difficulty in making the decision of buying a pre-built package or to build my own.
