Am thinking about thin scales & removing a bit of metal from the 2nd rear finger groove for a better grip. (Large paws)

Thinking about getting a PS3 - Concerned about 16:10 stretching

I'm primarily a PC gamer, but there isn't much coming out this summer that interests me, so I'm thinking about picking up a PS3 to play some console-exclusive games. Unfortunately, the monitor I want to hook the console up to (Dell 2209WA) runs at a native resolution of 1680x1050 and does not offer 1:1 mapping. From everything I've read, I don't have much of a choice in this situation, save for an external scaler, but was wondering if anyone else has their PS3 set up similarly.

Is the difference between blue rays and dvd's huge?
My monitor isn't full HD, but its pretty close. I don't know how downscaling works but if 1080 scales down to 1050 (my monitor) I wouldn't even care about that.
I wonder if they will get cheaper and better soon enough.

Hi Gang,
Now that I have been in the business for a year and have handled a ton of cars I thought I would kick off a thread on the new releases. Sort of a year in review.
All our Cars are run magnet out on a 70 ft, 6 lane, painted Scaley track with a variable power supply and a Trackmate lap Timer. We run at 12 volys most of the time.

Hey All,
Is there still an interest in screw on production scales for the Mules?? I almost have my brother convinced that he needs to make them for the Mules. Hes a machinist/manf. engineer/CAD jocky with his own CNC mill and stuff. I sent him a 52100 a while ago and he believes he can easily make scales for it.
The interesting thing is he can program the mill to not only out perfect little scales, but he can also shape the scale in 3D. So, he can add all kinds of reliefs and patterns to the sc...

Ok here is the start. I traded my super mod crawler for this mog truck with mrc running gear. I took the body off and it looks to have a tube frame. I was wondering if this is acceptable as scale? I will probably make a rail frame anyway. it isnt really set up for the lexus body. I might even sell this mog body, not sure. Im holding onto it for now. Carbon Fiber Scales

Im a total noob with carbon, how do i work with carbon fiber? i want to make some scales for a blade. is it easy to drill, tap, shape? i'm thinking of about 2mm thick, for folding knives. Anyone got any tips? sources?
