1. Where does A.I. go?   (14 Apr 2009)
Im thinking the dark horse that gets Allen Iverson is Sacramento, just think about it he would take a lot of pressure off K-Mart. They would also have a high draft Pick. PG: Allen Iverson / Beno Udrih SG: Kevin Martin / Rashad Mccants SF: Andres Nocioni / Francisco Garcia PF: Jason Thompson C: Spencer Hawes

2. Breakdown of Greatest Recruiting Classes   (21 May 2009)
Yes, this is from one of our favorite UK blogs , but IMO the comparisons are fair. The Intern compared the top 5 guys of each of the recent top 5 classes. What say you? Quote: : Mathematical Breakdown of Greatest Recruiting Classes by Bryan the Intern @ 12:53 pm. Filed under Blue Blooded Opinions This is an argument that probably has no correct answer but just for the sake of argument, lets try and compare the current 2009 UK recruiting class to that of the great ones in modern college basketbal...

3. THE 2009 FREE AGENTS (by position)   (11 May 2009)
I know the season isn't over yet, but its about time when you think about who your team will sign in the offseason. Point Guards Unrestricted Free Agents Jason Kidd Mike Bibby Andre Miller Stephon Marbury Jason Hart Brevin Knight Smush Parker Ronald Murray Marcus Williams Jacque Vaughn Lindsey Hunter Anthony Carter Kevin Ollie Quincy Douby Mike Wilks Restricted Free Agents Ramon Sessions Raymond Felton Nate Robinson Luther Head Jarrett Jack Early-Termination Options Eddie House Tyronn Lue Anthon...

4. Help Build Team Utopia - Roster Sign-Up Thread   (26 May 2009)
Can anybody try to organize this a little bit? I think it would be awesome if each person could submit a player, name and all (you don't have to use your real name) and we can compile each player into a Utopia team. That way we could use ourselves and other Utopians to crush teams. It's just an idea, nothing official yet, but maybe if we can get enough people to fill in some positions we can just create others to use for the rest of the positions not taken. I suppose just use a format like this...

5. 2009 NBA Draft   (17 Jun 2009)
Alright, the deadline for underclassmen to stay in the draft or go back to school has passed, so it's officially draft time. First rough mock (v 1.0) 1. LAC - Blake Griffin, PF, Oklahoma Any questions? Moving along... 2. MEM - Hasheem Thabeet, C, Connecticut How Chris Wallace still has a job is beyond me. But this is the safest pick, although it does make me wonder where Marc Gasol will play, seeing as how he'll get eaten alive by the faster 4s in the league. No way Thabeet can play PF at his he...

6. I'm quoting the great Flavor Flav for this one..   (07 May 2009)
Even though he's universally acknowledged as the 2nd best prospect in the draft, anyone think about the possibility that Ricky Rubio might be a bust? Wasn’t Darko Milicic supposed to be another can’t miss prospect. Didn’t he go # 2? What about Maciej Lampe? Wasn’t he supposed to be the next Dirk? I remember Chad Ford ripping into the Miami Heat on draft night 2003 when they passed on him, in favor of some tweener named…Dwayne Wade. Just because he’s ranked as the 2nd best prospect today, doesn’t...

7. Report: McHale won't return as Wolves' coach   (17 Jun 2009)
Quote: : MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Kevin McHale and the Minnesota Timberwolves have come to a mutual agreement that he will not return as coach next season. A person with knowledge of the decision, speaking on condition of anonymity because an announcement had not been made, told The Associated Press on Wednesday that McHale and new boss David Kahn had decided that McHale's time with the Timberwolves was up. That confirms a Twitter message posted by the Timberwolves' Kevin Love early Wednesday that re...

8. Hottoddie's off season plan for what it's worth.   (26 May 2009)
It's my opinion that Artest will not resign with us. He'll probably end up with the Lakers, Cavaliers, or Spurs. I just hope we can do a sign & trade for a prospect or draft pick. I believe we can all agree that we need an athletic backup center & a SG/SF that can shoot consistently from anywhere on the court. I don't know what the right solution will be, but I'm sure Morey will get us what we need. Having said that, I have an idea (imagine that ). Using this article as the basis of my proposal,...
