2. Opinions? Critique? I'll take anything.   (16 May 2009)
I haven't written anything in about two years, and I am only just starting to get back into it. So I've done this story beginning. Any and all critique is, of course, appreciated. Be as harsh as you like. Tear it down sentence-by-sentence if you want to, though I doubt anyone wants to dedicate their time to something like that. Oh...also, this is not the beginning of the story. This part is a little boring, as it is mostly the introduction of important secondary characters. The beginning is not...

3. The Storyteller. [PLEASE READ AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!]   (17 Jun 2009)
This is the first story I've ever posted on Gaia. Please be completely brutal. I'd rather have something to change than someone's comment of 'It was completely awesome!' Anyway, here is goes.... The Story Teller The things that I remember about Ashley White aren't things that most people remember about her. While most people would recall Ashley for things like her perfect grades that got her recongized at every award ceremony throughout her high school career or the life of luxury that her Yale...

4. What a Texas town can teach us about health care   (27 May 2009)
You have to wonder how much of our costly healthcare system is the result of this kind of behavior and then wonder how you sort of dis-incentivize these doctors to carry out this kind of behavior. It seems like there needs to be some system in place that would pay based more on patients seen rather than the tests and operations carried out. http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/...?printable=true Quote: : THE COST CONUNDRUM What a Texas town can teach us about health care. by Atul Gawande JUNE 1, 2...

5. Thinking About Going with a Street-Sweeper HT - Tell me What to Expect   (23 Apr 2009)
I've been working with Ed at Flowtech Inductions and doing a good bit of research on others that have this cam and I just wanted to see what you guys can tell me about your setups with this cam or if anyone has a similar setup to mine (listed in sig) with this or comparable cams. What kind of power increase would you guys expect going with this setup? I've never been in a cam car before, so is the difference really noticeable in power going with a setup like this? I am planning on getting a dyno...

6. Thinking about a triumph street triple, need opinions   (02 May 2009)
I'm thinking of getting a second bike, my needs are as follows: -great looking bike -around 12-15k -decent gas mileage / 4.5 gallon tank minimum -more used for commuting/hooligan bike-ish / standard layout bike -looking for comfort but with good handling / agility -hopefully pretty light, from 360-410ish lbs I went and checked out the hypermotard, the streetfighter, the tuono, the dorsuduro, the benelis, the z1000, and finally, the triumphs. I'm torn between a speed triple, and a street triple R...

7. Your opinion on new, legal weed: JWH-018   (28 May 2009)
" JWH-018 or 1-pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole is an analgesic drug from the aminoalkylindole family, which acts as a cannabinoid agonist at both the CB1 and CB2 receptors, with some selectivity for CB2. It produces effects in animals very similar to those of THC [the main active ingredient in marijuana]" - wikipedia It's legal because the chemical structure is completely different from THC or any other illegal drug. The effects are the same though. It feels just the same as weed. So I'm wondering...

8. looking for opinions/advice about "Street Beat"   (22 May 2009)
i am looking for a small fixed blade and am thinking about the street beat. the big question in my mind is the sheath. what little i have seen online indicates that the sheath is no good, the knife rattles inside, the sheath eventually breaks in and becomes too loose. i would proably carry in the small of my back and evidently the sheath has to be modified (drilled) to work in this position? i cant seem to find a lot of feedback of any kind online and what is there is at least a couple of years...

10. slammed in SoCal   (29 Jun 2009)
I just recently visited LA and i realized that alot of your streets and driveways are steep as hell or are not in very good condition. I was so confused how you guys prevent scraping / bottoming out with your super slammed rides. Whenever i'm on forums and see galleries of neg camber, tucked tires, i've always thought LA must have the best streets. I live in Vancouver, Canada, travel frequently to Seattle, and i though our streets are bad. Thoughts and opinions?? One of the reasons I ask is beca...
