Now factor of the Flames.
1. Start of the season the team played horrible
2. In December start to play like a cup contender.
3. After the allstar break the team had injuries that hurt the team play mostly the injury to Renee Bourque.
4. The team did not have a backup that they could trust to win games. Forcing Kipper to play more games then he was capable of playing.
5. Tried to solve the teams injury problems by getting Oilli Jokinen and Jordan Leopold. Both of those players could not help the...

IMO Blackhawks are a good team but are inexperienced in the playoffs who did take out the flames but in 6 games....
I think the main reason Flames lost to blackhawks was due to the fact of the injuries and the team didnt come together as one when they were struggling with these injuries and seemed to me IMO that the players would individually blame themselves and lacked a lot of confidence and didn't seem to support each other enough and again IMO if they had stuck together properly as a team th...

Firstly, please don't flame me!! We booked our 19 nt NCL Sun Repo cruise (San Francisco to Santiago, Chile) last fall when the prices were too low to pass up, and at that time we were booked for Inside II GTY . The hope at that time was that we would be assigned one of those "sideways" cabins that everyone raves about on the Sun. Hey guys...just wanna know what you all think of the look of the old FLAME job on a Trifive?!
On a '32-34 Rod they always look C l and tough, but what about '55-6-7's?
Gotta do the body and paint soon on the '57 and ya opinions and pics would be a huge help....I love 'em, but not sure about oldskool flames or the different styles?
It's gonna be a hard choice so ya ideas will be welcomed!

This is one of those topics that will lose its relevancy after Game 5 but since there is a 3 day break before our next big game and I have nothing but time on my hands for that duration, I got to thinking about how this series has played out thus far and wondered if it is worth discussing and drawing comparisons to the Flames playoff story from 2 years ago vs. the Detroit Red Wings.
That year you'll remember we backed into the playoffs (barely making it into the 8th seed over Colorado I recall)...

Now before you all chase me outta town hear me out, ONLY FOR THE FIRST ROUND . I was thinking last night and I got to thinking about the 2nd round. I believe one of the top 2 will fall(my guess is the wings). Now that means if we go to the 2nd round we will be the 2nd highest seed and play the winner of the 4-5 match up. I don't know about the rest of you, but I would much rather face the Flames for several reasons;
-after taking the Division from them, it would be sweet to end their season

Hey all,
Thanks for all the responses to my question about the Finns in Flames of War. I'm still leaning towards them, if I decide to try the game out, but I now have another question: is there any army in the game that is particularly newbie-friendly? If so, I may try it as an alternate choice.
