1. Kodak ESP Printers - opinions:   (06 May 2009)
Hi all - I'm impressed by Kodak's claims re their low cost printing (lower ink usage and cartridge costs than other printers) and photo quality (non fade pigment ink) of their ESP printers. Sounds too good to be true though - any user opinions out there?. I'm looking at the ESP 5 and ESP 7 specifically. I tried the printing forum but discussion there tends to be focused on higher end printers that are out of my price range, so I thought I'd try you folks on the Kodak forum! My typical print use...

2. DEATH to the old printer, long live the new printer!   (17 Apr 2009)
I finally had had enough of my inkjet printer. It kept clogging the print heads because I don't print very often, and because it was an Epson, which has built in print heads rather than new ones on each ink cartridge, I couldn't fix it just by changing the ink. To top it off, the local Office Depot used to give $3 credit for each returned ink cartridge, but they no longer will take Epson compatible ones. So, after one last massive clog that even a dozen print head cleanings and an ink dissolving...

3. Which A3 printer do you use?:   (04 Jul 2009)
I want to print more by myself instead of using printing services for larger sized ordered prints. Ive used professional printers from Epson in the past both at work and home, I like to buy a new one and I'm wodnering between the (new) Canon printers of the Pro 9000 series or the Epson R2880. Ive heard good stories about the Canon printers, anybody wants to share his/her experiences? Thanks in advance for any info. Hi there I am hoping some of the users of this site might be able to suggesst a printer which they think might be suitable for my needs: 1) Budget: £400 although cheaper is never a bad thing:-) 2) Don't mind brand - any general opinions on which one produces best quality photos? 3) I wish to print photos that will meet the needs of wedding photography clients 4) an A3 printer would be nice. 5) A printer which can be adapted to use continous ink flow system? not essential but appears to be alot c...

5. $50 Staples Printer Rebate   (10 Apr 2009)
Anyone take advantage of this yet? You can trade in an old printer to get a $50 rebate on any printer that has a list price of $179 or more. You can add a sale price to that as well. I'm thinking about a HP P1006 monochrome laser printer that is on sale for $99. It would be $49 after I trade in a dead Apple Laserwriter. 6. Canon Printers   (25 Apr 2009)
Just got off the phone with a Canon tech. They told me none of their printers are designed to print from the Prophoto RGB workspace and that they recommend srgb. This shocks me. Wondering what anyone else thinks about this.

8. Looking for a Good Printer:   (18 May 2009)
Hey everyone. i got a random question for all of you. I'm looking for a printer. Something to do black and white text, and color. Ideally id love it to be able to print drawings, and perhaps even photographs. I know what i don't want. I don't want one of those all in one units...that has scanner and copier built in. (although admittedly a copier would be kind of useful.) but i already have a flat bed scanner and i love it...so i don't want to compromise what im used to getting quality size for t...

9. Advice on photo printers   (23 Apr 2009)
I want a photo printer but have n clue about, well, anything really. All I know is they seem to go from £50 -£600 While I don't want a shitty printer I certainly don't have £600. Any advice/opinions gratefully received as I will have my buying head on tomorrow :excitablesmilie:

10. Photo Printer Suggestions?   (16 Jun 2009)
We're looking at buying a photo printer for family use: kids school projects, printing family photos, etc. This one caught my eye, and seems to have a lot going for it, since it also can be used as a color printer. I'd unfortunately have to keep, and find space for, another "box" on the desktop, since this doesn't fax. What do you think about the Canon? Are there better models out there that you've had success with? Thanks! Mike
