Insight, help, advice?

Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some insight and help on the overall schedule I have for myself. I have lost 28 pounds in 4 months and would like to lose atleast 50 more pounds.. so here we go!
(This is going to be long)
Stats: 23 year old female, 5'3" now at 188 pounds
My goal: To lose body fat & gain a toned, lean body and eventually gain a little lady muscle but only a tiny, I'm not looking to bulk, just have a little muscle shape.

My goal is to gain size and muscles.
My maintenance cal is aprox 2725.8 and I'm bulking up slowly so I gotta consume 3225.8 cal per day, which is somewhat tough because I tend to skip breakfast and not eat anything till noon. I often have a tough time trying to reach 2725 cal, let alone 3225. I'm working on waking up earlier and just forcefee...

I grew up catholic. I been going to catholic churches since as far back as 7 years old. Probably between 7 up untill about till I was 27 I was going to the catholic church and mostly following the catholic way.

Possible Simmers Analysis

So heres an analysis of the Top 10 Players (arranged by pop) to figure out whos a possible simmer. The lower your sim score, the less of a simmer you are in my opinion. Yes, its far too early in the server to start labeling people as simmers. After all, growing fast and going troop heavy later is a pretty good strategy and some people may just plan on doing tons of chiefings later on. So this information is only accurate now and will probably change drastically by next month.
