It is an original SS 396, however the Richard Simmons paint has got to go! The 396 has a rod knock, but still runs. The knock is not loud, so I think it can be rebuilt, atleast I hope. Give me your opinions.

What happens to an itunes account and their downloads when somebody dies

This may seem like an odd question but I have been thinking about this and have done an internet search but can't seem to find an answer.
If a family member (for example) has an itunes account and has lots of songs / tv shows / movies downloaded and associated with their account. What happens to all there itunes downloads on their death. As the downloads are through their account does the account close and all their downloads go with it as you need the account to access itunes to play the downlo...

Woman illegally downloads 24 songs, fined to tune of $1.9 million
(CNN) -- A federal jury Thursday found a 32-year-old Minnesota woman guilty of illegally downloading music from the Internet and fined her $80,000 each -- a total of $1.9 million -- for 24 songs.

Yikes!!! $80,000/song! I guess the federal jury was trying to send a message. I have no love lost for illegal downloaders, but this fine made my jaw drop. Something to think about next time you visit your favorite torrent to get that free sample.

How about these sites (i.e. WatchMissedEpisodes.com) that allow viewers to download TV Shows for viewing on the computer? Certainly it requires registration, and perhaps an installation of some type of viewer....

Torrent downloads faster than ISP Cap?

This isn't a speed problem... just a speed question, I guess.
I have an approximate 650 kB/s cap on my internet connection, but recently I was downloading something and my DL speed was 1.8 MB/s. The only peculiar thing is that I had just started downloading the same torrent on my laptop about 5 minutes earlier, but decided I'd much rather have it on my desktop.
When I started the new DL, my speed screamed through the roof and I was stunned! I was utterly confused and after thinking about it, I c...
