Have you ever seen a happier bride to be than Carly? If she is going to have to hook up with Craig, she needs to be able to drink a lot. How can anyone think this will be happy?

First post here, but I have been doing a lot of reading, and there is a lot of very interesting information in this forum. Thank you all.
I have a new business idea that I would like to run by you guys, and get some opinions to see if this might be a viable concept.

My current workout (opinions?)

Hey, I'm just going to put down what I'm doing to get in shape for parkour and free running this summer. So, here it goes:
Monday - 3-mile run in, on a rest day, 40 minutes
Tuesday - About and hour of weight lifting followed by 5 minutes of core workout
Wednesday - 2 15-minute games of water polo
Thursday - Same as Tuesday
Friday - Alternating some sport (usually basketball, or, if there's enough people, dodgeball) one week, then the next, extreme workout such as bleacher stairs for 4 minutes, f...

It looks like my 01M is failing. Here is just a general update along with some questions. I posted a while back about my tranny getting stuck in limp mode. I had my codes scanned at that time and they returned:

So It's been at least 3 months since I've been on here. I guess I've been too busy. I finally put up picture s! I am happy, overall with my appearance however I will be getting revisions in September because my sides aren't even. It's a bummer that my process isn't over yet. Lately I've been working out about 5 times a week. I have a very strict routine; on Mondays and Wednesdays I do strength and weight training, tuesdays and fridays I do step aerobics and on Thursdays I do a kick boxing class....

Trek 4500 opinions please

Hi all. I'm looking at getting a Giant Rainier this week (payday on Friday dontcha know) and can get an '08 for £340. But - an extra ton will buy me the Trek 4500 and I'd like to know if it's worth going for it?
I'm going to use the bike for tow-path commuting until my fitness increases and then some gentle off-roading until I know what I'm doing. I'm thinking about the Trek as it seems a better specced bike than the Giant and I'm thinking that a better chainset will be more use to me than the G...
