first round of mods - suggestions?

Currently, my goat is bone stock and am ready to start pumping some power into it. I am trying to shoot for raw power here. I did some research and think I should shoot for the following, but wanted to get some second opinions:
Kooks SS headers
Cam/springs/valves
Cold air intake (K&N?)
Tune
That is about all I am going to be able to afford for now. If anybody has a better idea on how I should be getting started, I'd love to hear it.

Well, if you call shooting in the woods "down range". I put 150 rounds through my Heritage .45 this past Friday and never had a stovepipe, failure to feed, or any other mis-hap. the bloody thing just did what is was supposed to do, every time I pulled the trigger, and did it well. I don't count myself a remarkable shot, but potatoes stuck on deadfall branches at 25 yards or more were exploding in a cloud of starch with a little bit of effort. 1. Detroit. Matt Stafford.
2. Jets via trade. Mark Sanchez... There are question marks at qb with Kellen Clemens and Brett Ratliff.... most think Mark Sanchez is an exclamation point.
3. KC. Aaron Curry.... A high character guy with the versatlity to play inside or outside. He could have the same impact as Derrick Thomas.
4. Seattle. Eugene Monroe. With Sanchez off the board, they get a proper replacement for the 35 year old Walter Jones.

What do you think about Predatory Advantage

Okay I went to the pre-release and drafted first round Predatory Advantage , turned out to be a good choice. Helped me sweep first round and third round, allowing me to get to top 1 where it won me one game. So in sealed it is a beast, but I'm sure about how it will work in constructed, any ideas? I think assuming it doesn't get countered it will rock 5CC to the foundation.
