So let's say Hammond decides to stick with Redd and Jefferson until both their contracts expire (both in 2011), do you think we'd be players in the Carmelo sweepstakes? With how hyped the 2010 free agent class is, no one mentions Carmelo and the extra year he has on his contract for 2011. i was thinking about how we can get our hands on a real franchise player, how many teams in the league have no all star players on their team? the kings, thunder, bobcats and twolves.... oddly enough all of those teams suck. i dont want to trade kevin because he could easily become the best number 2 option in the nba if we had a real superstar on our team.
