Here's one of the stories about it.
I personally think that it's ridiculous, and I hope it doesn't go through.
I don't like Obama, but it's not him that really gets me worried (I don't think things would be all that much different if McCain was in charge), but the way people treat him. This is one of those examples.

For those who may not know him, JD Hayworth of Phoenix, served admirably in the US Congress for 12 years until he was unseated by a simpering lib.
JD was a broadcaster before his tenure in Congress, and is now at KFYI radio in Phx. He is quite articulate and thinks on his feet as quickly as anyone I know.

Anyone else see her & have opinions?
She was positively nasty about Olberman. They didn't ask her about her son, other than a joking "His picture as a little boy looks so sweet; where did you go wrong".
And she liked Michael Steele better than Rush Limbaugh. Anybody notice that when Limbaugh is caught dead to rights being an idiot he's "just an entertainer" but if a national-level politician suggests he's "just an entertainer" they have to apologize?

Well, just one of them. I just wanted to Quote: that song.
I can only lift my right arm so it's almost straight out to the side. Then it stops moving and starts feeling weird. It hurts but it's not like a sharp pain, and it feels kinda heavy. I can move it up more but I have to stop and really focus on it and it's very slow compared to how quickly I normally move. And it feels weird the whole time.
It's hard to drink a bottle of water with the arm.
The pain feels like it's mostly in the shoulder...

Obamma and McCain to Speak at Columbia today 9/11

I just was notified that both McCain and Obamma will be at Columbia speaking tonite at 7pm est.
I don't know if it will be carried on any major networks live, but a number of the networks have personel here and are setting up... possibly for stock footage.
I'm thinking about going if I can get my homework done in time.
anyone heard anything about this?
it seems like it could be significant since both candidates will be in the same room.

I'd vote for her in a second if she ever runs for anything. Does anyone know her position on gun rights?
She's figured out what older Republican leaders haven't. People don't want government interference in their bedrooms.
