It makes my Brock hard just thinking about it!
(20 Apr 2009)
I'm working on a Brock Samson poster for a buddy's b-day (april 29th). I felt it would be a good idea to let more eyes than just my two have a gander at it before I decide to do anything more permanent (ink, marker).
This started out as just a warm-up sketch on canson drawing paper. I was going to do a smaller version on bristol, but it was going pretty good on drawing paper, so I never switched over. Now I think I am going to have a problem inking on this paper. But I think pitt pens and prisma...

Discussion! How do you think about drawing (or sticking) tatoo on doll's ...
(16 May 2009)
I am thinking about giving my doll so-called tatoo just like doing make up but on the body not face.
I've seen it once. (And I don't remember where I saw the picture.)
Since I certainly don't prefer sticking one that is sold black (dollmore has it). I will draw it by myself.
Has anyone tried?
I would love to see example!
(Especially when I see Japanese mafia's flower tatoos all over his back, Im so fascinated. Isn't it cool?)

42 - drawing, just for opinions/the sake of posting
(11 Apr 2009)
my best friend/"friend with privileges" who i kind of love a lot asked me to draw what i thought of him..
i cried my eyes out after drawing it. Linked him to it on AIM and all he had to say was "sweet, explain?"
he already knew about the 42 thing even...
whatever. It's not good but i figured i'd post it anyway....

Pot draws or no pot draws?
(23 Apr 2009)
Hi all
Can all you cooks tell me if pot draws are a must have for a kitchen. Whats best set of 2 or 3. Two would make them very deep. Is 3 better, are they deep enough? Not planning on doing a lot of cooking as yet or till I find a wife
I think pot draws save a lot of bending, whats your opinion. @ draws will cost me $190 3 for $280 installed.
Lets know your opinions please.
Cheers

What do ya think about Ryan Seacrest for NBC
(18 Jun 2009)
I just wanted to see if anybody had any better ideas about The Tonight Show, everyone that I have talked to are switching over to Dave Letterman. So I got to thinking, how about Ryan Seacrest to be the Host, he sits in for Larry King on CNN, and he does a great job. Plus he does idol, (that will draw that younger crowd) I am 40 and I like Ryan, I think he is very talented at speaking with people, classy, intelligent, very skilled @ improv. Plus he is pretty good looking.
So is this a bad idea or...

Opinions Wanted Gallery Events that draw the public
(29 Apr 2009)
I have a gallery in Las Vegas where we hold several art events per year. Here is what I have tried:
1) Regular artist reception for local artists
2) Artist Market - where all art is $100 or less
3) Reception for two nationally know artists
4) Art reception plus 6 weekly art presentations by art guild
I am looking for ideas to draw the buying public. Anyone tried successful fundraisers? How about local school events, featuring students? Tried using a Celebrity to draw the crowd? Other ideas?

Drawing on a richtextbox
(17 May 2009)
Hello everybody. I wish to draw transparent symbols for bold, italic etc. on bottom of a richtextbox, in such a way that they are transparent to the RTF text. Can this be done without subclassing (I know nothing about it)? I was thinking about a windowless transparent ocx on top of the bottom part of the richtextbox, but unfortunately it seems that such a windowless control can't become higher than the RTB in ZOrder. Any suggestions (again, no subclassing please)? Thank you.
