By unpopular I mean opinions or perspectives that you consider to be uncommon in the emerging culture as you perceive it.
My unpopular opinions are mostly related to phenomena I just don't think is paranormal or supernatural (or really even phenomena at all). Like orbs. I'm an orb skeptic. I have yet to see an orb photo I thought looked like anything other than a bunch of dust particles/snowflakes/raindrops catching the light in front of the lens. Hello friends
I felt I had to sack my spritual director yesterday. He'd been my only spiritual director the whole time I've been in the church which is 20 yrs now. I can't go into what's happened in recent mths but I've been under a great deal of pressure and he just makes me feel bad most of the time. He cares a great deal and helps a lot but an underlying very low opinion of me has come through almost always since early on. I'm out of work and nearly bankrupt in recent times. At times I though...

Let me start off by saying that, as an entheogen user, I do not view the use of entheogens as wrong, of course. This thread is only for the purpose of considering opposing views.
In any case, I've noticed that a lot of the criticism on entheogens from people that do actually know a thing or two about them comes from the claim that they alter the mind in a way that is somewhat artificial. I think that you would all agree that entheogens can indeed put one in a state of mind which one rarely finds...
