I am creating a lobby system for a Wii game. I am trying to first decide which would be a better approach as I have not done very much Client/Server programming in Java. I don't know which packet type would be more appropriate and whether I should incorporate synchronized or asynchronous sockets in my program.

Thought I would get some opinions on this idea. My boss and I came up with this idea for a social networking website based on the idea of family. Basically the "king and queen of the household" would start an account and then they can add their children as sub-accounts and then they all can post blog's, list's of all types, and other family type of stuff. my wife got her hair cut the other day and i asked to see the invoice she didn't get one why is it that we (tow trucks/vsf's) have to have all the info to file complaints against us on our tickets while other industries regulated by TDLR only need to have a small sign saying to file a complaint contact etc
