I can't help but be a bit perplexed by the fucking whine-fest this board has been reduced to.
For years you cried about wanting to see the new band live, and Axl toured.
For years you cried for an album, and Axl gave you an album.
Sure, you didn't get both at the same time, and you didn't get either in a timely fashion, but you got both nonetheless.
Now, what really puzzles me the most is the fact that people on this board bitch about public reception/sales. I have personally never given a fuck...

my boyfriend of 5 years split up with me at xmas time. Why? i have no idea. When i asked him he would simply say ' its not you its me'(wtf). I've seen a thread titled "7 and Chakotay did anyone see that coming???," but that one has been dead for over a year, and I'm really curious what you VOY fans think of this (unexpected) pairing.
I remember my reaction being WTF? , and I admit, I was less than enthusiastic about it, probably because a part of me rooted for the guy in my present avatar (Harry).

I received a call yesterday from Mazda Ford Credit Canada about my totalled lease Mazda 3 asking me when I was going to pay my bill.
What bill? Did the insurance company not give you the cheque? I said
They reply: Yes we have been paid but as our records show your car was approximately 4500km over your allowed lease and because this devalues the car you must pay an excess km charge of 12 cents/km.
I would think the big fing hole in the side would devalue the car! When was this bill sent...

So, my girlfriend's friend from HS and roommate (she's my friend too, was friends with her and my girlfriend before we were together) freaked out on us last night.
The basic thing was:
She broke up with her boyfriend (and a friend of ours too) recently and it's been tough for her. Though to be honest, they were always fighting so while it was mutual, she understands it's the smart thing to do.
