Just wondering what some Protestants think about this recent discovery. Do you think about why and how his tomb is under a Catholic Church? Where is the disconnect among Protestants when it comes to believing the Catholic Church is the one, true Church founded by Jesus Christ? Saint Paul was Catholic at the time of his death. That is why the Catholic Church has constantly possessed his tomb. Same with Saint Peter and others.

I typically switch guitars a few times during gigs & rehearsals to get the right tones w/ hbuckers & single coils. I'm wondring if a Suhr could be THE guitar to cover all the bases.
Has anyone gone the Suhr route as an alternative to switching guitars during gigs? Who has left the Les Paul and Strat behind all together in favor of a Suhr w/ split coil humbuckers?

Opinions on Paul Dillet??

Any opinions on Paul Dillet? Personally i really like(d) his phsyique, and have been disappointed that he came an went so quickly and hasn't been able to get his phsyique back on track for so long.
I really hope his next comeback goes better than the last, it'd be a shame to waste such an awesome phsyique.

Need opinions: Les Paul Double Cut Faded.

A local shop has one of these for $450 and I wondered if it was worth it. $450 seems kind of low for anything with Gibson on the headstock apart from a Melody Maker. Reviews seem mediocre at best for this model. Construction and parts selection seem to be popular gripes. Most feel they are not up to USA made guitar standards. Should I grab it, or pass on it?

Flaming Pie is probably my favorite Paul album. Does anyone have any opinions on the DVD that documents the album's recording? It seems to be out of print and selling for a relativly high price.

1972 Les paul custom or 2006 Les paul custom?

Need some opinions guys I got a chance to get either 1 for the same price.

And the 2006 is just like a brand new les paul custom, but how is 2006 for les paul customs? Is it already made in the custom shop??
Need any advices, i have only enough time to try 1 of them, so do not ask me to try both

Hi Guys!!
I know I've not been around for ages, but thought I'd ask!!
My main squeeze for some years now has been my battered but trusty 1990 Les Paul Custom. I absolutely LOVE that guitar.
What I need is another guitar that i can use as a gigging backup. I've been through several les pauls and several other guitars, but although I like les pauls, ultimately I've not liked them as much as the LP custom, so they often end up moving on.
At the moment I've got a 2008 LP standard faded as a backup,...
