So frustrated! Advice/opinions please

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie that has been lurking since injuring my knee last September. (I had an arthroscopy on the same knee some 20 years ago to have cartliage trimmed). I recently had another arthroscopy after my surgeon suspected I had torn my meniscus (long story as to how we got here!). I came around from surgery to be told I had actually sheared off part of my articular cartliage (grade 4!) which was causing my locking problems and also have grade 2 wear and tear of the knee cap. Miley Injured her foot!!!! (with pics) opinions please

I returned home from vacation yesterday, and I noticed Miley had an injured toe. It seemed to be fresh, because the blood was still red. I gave her a shower, and it cleaned up well. It does not seem to be too swollen, just bruised with a minor flesh wound.
My concern is that she is not wrapping her toe down around the branch or finger. She climbs everywhere and flies, and jumps, so it does not seem to be in any pain.
Is she not bending it because it is swollen? Or does it look broken?

Injured employee on WC refuses to come back?

We are a small company with less than 10 employees. One employee injured his shoulder, had surgery, and has been off on WC for the past nine months. He says it is not back to normal and never will be; WC is going to ask him to see an independent doctor for second opinion. My questions are:
1. If the doctors say he can come back to work and he refuses, on the basis that he cannot use his arm and shoulder, does WC stop?
2. He has mentioned suing WC for permanent disability; if he does, and WC stop...

Hi everyone. My 2 year old cat Coco was badly injured this weekend, in a fall we think - possibly trying to climb out of the cat fence. He has a large swelling on top of the base of his tail. The nerves to his tail are apparently torn and the nerves to his bottom are almost certainly permanently damaged as well, according to the neurologist. He was blocked up Sun so he had an enema then. What do you guys htink it is? Concussion. In all cases that was a dirty hit. Brashear in my opinion is notorious for being a dirty player and an instigator which is why i think the refs would have surely given him atleast a 10 minute misconduct. But they gave it on Brandon Dubinsky's boarding call... Refs blew.
Anyway if it was a concussion then i doubt he'll be back for next game. So where does that leave us? Korps will be back on center. so who do we bring up? id like to see asinimov or parent...

hey. I recently injured my mcl (medial caladeral ligament) and medial mensicus for an entire year now. That's because I keep re-injurying it by playing badminton again. I can't stay away from badminton. I re-injured it 3 times from playing badminton again. I wasn't doing much, more like just standing and sitting it back to the other side using half court and my knee just gave out after awhile.
