1. State Of The Titans Address-Offense And Defense,Opinions   (29 Apr 2009)
State Of The Titans Address-Offense And Defense Discussion on the offense we have gotten better with the addition of several players such as britt, cook, washington and ringer.no doubt the offense will be better. on the defense we might have lost just a bit of our bite with albert haynesworth gone and teams won't be as intimidated as they were but we have drafted players like marks and brought in haye to help the defense. we know on special teams chris carr is gone so we have brought in others to...

2. Personal preference on offense?   (01 Jun 2009)
I was thinking about the wildcat and all the hate it receives. IMO' the wildcat is the best thing since sliced bread - it brings bruising football back from the brink of extinction (okay' thats a stretch' but my point is teams are becoming too pass oriented) It puzzles me why others dont find the same delight i do. So i decided to see what peoples thoughts on offenses are. AS FAR AS YOUR PREFERENCE GOES' do you like an aired out offense or a bruising O?

3. WT: Workouts intensify as offense gains traction   (10 Jun 2009)
http://washingtontimes.com/news/2009...ains-traction/ Click link for entire article Workouts intensify as offense gains traction Ryan O'Halloran A year ago, the Washington Redskins' offseason workouts were an exercise in simplicity. The passing game was new, and the defense was kept basic so the offense could catch up. Replace that with the scene Monday at Redskin Park: The organized team activity concluded with an up-tempo, 11-on-11, two-minute drill - a sign of how far the offense has come in...

4. Accidental Offense: Misunderstandings Through Dialect   (23 Jun 2009)
I was just thinking about a few (now funny) misunderstandings I have had due to dialectal differences in meaning and thought I'd see if people wanted to share theirs. The first two that come to mind are the words "lemon" and "nonce". In Liverpool, England these two words (as well as their dictionary meanings) have other connotations, which are as follows: Lemon: (n) A silly person, as in "He locked his keys in the house again, the lemon" or "Don't be such a lemon" It is a very mild term and some...

5. Circle Offense for Youth   (07 May 2009)
I'm coaching a 5th/6th grade team this year, we have had a great season and are undefeated so far. We run a circle offense i.e. no crease player. Next year I will be coaching the 7th/8th grade team and wanted opinions on the effectiveness of a circle offense in the higher grades. It seems like every middle school and high school offense I see has a man on crease yet Duke and Hopkins often go to a circle offense with great effectiveness. My concern is: am I making a mistake in using it as my prim...

6. Offense vs. defense   (26 Jun 2009)
What are opinions on the value of the defensive play of a top six forward? Obviously their job is to score but how do you value being defensively responsible against it. Is it just as important, half as important or of very little importance?

7. Rugged or Focused Offense   (16 May 2009)
As the title says. I quit some time before the toughness-changes and think about subscribing again for the tomb-patch. I run a 2h build like most are linked around here. Using basically PftG, Crippling Strikes, Oppressing Blows...and here is my question: Are the 160 Toughness with the changes in 1.2 even better than 15% more damage? (-33% armor are not a big deal in my oppinion but maybe that changed as well)

8. John Murphy's thoughts...offense   (15 Jun 2009)
The fieldhouse is empty and the Buffalo Bills have scattered for the next month and a half. After three days of mandatory attendance, and several weeks of voluntary attendance, Bills players and coaches get the summer off before they head to training camp. I haven’t been to all of the minicamp sessions, but I’ve been to enough. And here are some thoughts and observations to chew on over the next six weeks: -There’s no doubt that Terrell Owens has already raised the competitive level of the team....

9. Runescape's Worst Offense   (09 Jun 2009)
When choosing, bear in mind the severest of the offence. When you look at hijacking, imagine a person stealing 100's of millions and/or getting the hijacked account banned. When thinking about RWTing, imagine someone selling billions. Gandering at macroing, I want you to envision all those little bots that ruled f2p varrok yews for the longest time. Lastly, when you imagine account sharing, think of someone obtaining 2000+ total with 2-3 people using the account. Also, I am aware that RWTing is...

10. What Constitutes a Flogging Offense?   (13 May 2009)
There are those here who advocate flogging as an appropriate punishment for offenses. I'd like to know what, in the advocates' opinions, constitutes a flogging offense. Also, I'd like to know what tools should be used in administering the punishment (and why), and who is to administer the punishment. Discuss!
