Dumbell press versus flat benchpress

Any opinions on this? I always start my chest workout with dumbell press, and then usually go to flat bench press, incline, and decline bench press with increasingly lighter weights as my muscles start fatiguing. But I'm thinking about changing it up by starting with a flat benchpress and doing the dumbell press afterwards. Any opinions on the difference between these two exercises?

Andy discussed a few things that i thought were interesting today about the RT/RG situation and I was wondering what everyones opinions were..
He said Shawn Andrews is playing RT (Stacy is out still with knee), but from what he said he is expecting Shawn to stick at RT and play Stacy at RG. He said Stacy probably will not be seen until training camp but he is doing well, and that Shawn is in great shape and his back is fine.

Here is the skinny. There are three games I have been thinking about buying, but I am not sure if they will be worth buying or if there will be a better time to buy them soon. (ie: price drops, sales.)

I was surfing one of my favourite sites when i found this news article . What are your opinions of this matter? Mine is that they took it to far just ro find out what she was carrying and I thought that was illegal unless you were a police officer. Steel bushing press fit tolerance

Hey guys. I made some 4140 PH steel bushings for the control arms on my car. The control arm end has a tube that is 1.250" ID with a 3/16" wall. The old rubber bushings I pressed out of them has a thin (16ga?) steel shell with an OD of 1.255" So I was thinking .005" fit.
Now I REALLY dont want to split the control arm ends with too tight of a fit. But I really need the bushing to stay put also. The bushing is heavy wall, umm, I think it was around .265" so its not gonna collapse at all. I made a...

The Press Republican - Watchdog group wants inmate college grants back

I don't think it would be fair to give money for education to those that have done wrong when cutting for those that haven't.
We keep hearing about cuts for college.
Besides should we give them what they want because they are more manageable when we pay to educate them? Isn't that rewarding bad behavior?
I'd be interested in hearing others opinions on this issue.

Considering a new reloading Kit - What are our opinions?

I'm considering getting into reloading and thought I would just start out by buying a kit. I think I'd like to stay somewhere between $200-$400 total, though I'm not entire sure if that will get me a kit that is worth having.
I don't think I need a progressive system, just doing one shell at a time should be sufficient for my needs. I don't know anything at all about reloading. I have never reloaded ever. I've seen it done a bit when I was younger as my dad reloaded for his hunting rifles.

there are probably threads like this but i think they are mostly saying stuff like "is it true?" or you sure they are not fake? well i looked at youtube resently and i think tenkaichi 4 is really coming out, its japanese subtitle is called "raging burst" or something and screenshots, trailers, all true, and because of this i feel i need to tell them what to include in there (for me and others) as im a fan of the games and the anime, my opinions, my thoughts, and these ideas are probably too late...
