Star Wars Dark Forces or Quake II for PC?

I have an old Windows 2000 computer and I'm thinking about getting a new FPS for it. (I already own Doom, Half Life, and all Half Life expansions) So I've come up with these two, but I'm having trouble deciding. I like the old, old school charm of Dark Forces. (Nice sprite art and poor quality music has a nice charm) But I don't know if Quake II is the better quality game overall. Please note that I'm judging these based on single player only.

ISLAMABAD: The military on Friday said US weapons stolen from Afghanistan were being used against security forces in Swat and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).

Thinking about joining the ARNG

Ok....
I have decided that I want to join up the US armed forces... but I'm not interested in active, I'd like to do reserves.
last year I went to the Marine recruiter, and it seemed pretty nice... but I realized that a lot of things were being sugar coated...
some time has passed, and I looked into the the ARNG... ARNG has the things i'm looking for. has a MOS that I'd like near me (18X and 11B) State controlled, not just Federal, so I can help my state as well... Has some bonus that I can use...

I do hope this is the proper place for this. I'm sortof on a Jedi Knight kick, and while in the midst of a) converting the 6 dark jedi (Jerec is in TotG) and b) trying to convert the plot of JK into a super-adventure/campaign (difficult to say the least), I started to think about all the different questions people have about SAGA rules replicating ...saga events (i.e Sids vs. Agen, Saesee, Kit, or Vader choking Ozzel) and started to wonder about such things from Jedi Knight. With the coming redeployment of US forces outside of cities and towns in Iraq, what is the consensus of opinion on the capability of Iraqi forces?
I know many members of this Grate site have extremely low opinions, but often dating back to 2003-05, is there any more recent opinon on the IA?

I finally published my LBP masterpiece level. If I have to estimate (and, you know, I don't) I'd say I've spent somewhere between 75 and 100 hours creating and testing this baby. Thinking about joining the military, need serious advice please

Okay, I've always regretted not joining the military fresh out of high school. I'm 24 now, and after taking a few years off I'm about to enter my junior year of college.
I'm not set on branch, probably Army but I have some questions and the local recruiter is more concerned about another warm body that what is best for me.
1) With being a Jr. in college, is the ROTC out of question?
2) I'm having a hard time with this one - should I enlist as E-4 or apply for commission as O-1? I know most peopl...
