Lutz vs New Tampa or Tampa Palms (Cheval: real estate, houses)

We'll soon be moving to Tampa and we were thinking about buying a single family home in Tampa Palms (or New Tampa), but from what I've read here, Lutz sounds fantastic, too. If anybody has time to answer this: what would be the differences between Lutz and the other two places I mentioned? Why should we rather consider Lutz? (we'll be commuting to USF). Thanks!

Joomla Group in Tampa, FL

Would anyone be interested in forming a Joomla User Group in Tampa, FL? I am thinking about putting one together with monthly meetings, but wanted to guage the interest first.
I would like to form the group to coincide with the release of 1.5 and future development, so that we can all learn and create together, as well as discuss methodology for upgrading, teaching and using the new feature set as it is meant to be used.

I wonder who would make a play for it. Would that be a roll of the dice potentially worth thinking about for Hedman? Do any teams have the defensive depth to give Tampa what they need (I'm a big fan of dealing with t-bag) considering their lack of D? Apparently in year 2 of ownership they have decided to sign some D. Interesting strategy and certainly different than last year.

Grizzlies To Tampa?

Memphis Grizzlies which is an NBA team for those of you who do not get out much is having trouble staying in Memphis. Like Seattle was with the Sonics. They are fixing to loose them and its a possibility they will be playing somewhere else soon.
What if they came to Tampa? Its a possibilty and we can finally get an NBA franchise.

Hello everyone my name is Gary and I live in the Tampa, Florida. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm keeping the GTR spirit alive across the pond.

Been thinking about this one quite a bit and I've come up with the conclusion that the Rays are likely to regress from last years superb season. They are in an extremely tough division, pretty much avoided injury last season and 90 wins is never an easy task..
Rays under 89.5 wins -125 -2 units-
Rays under 87.5 wins +150 -½ unit-
