3. Omar should think about this trade....   (03 Jul 2009)
I found this on Metsgeek .com Quote: : Josh Willingham, OF, Washington Nationals, Age 30 .408 wOBA, 1.2 WAR Nationals GM Mike Rizzo is not a fan of previous GM Jim Bowden’s player acquisitions. Lastings Milledge was shipped out, and Adam Dunn and Willingham have also fallen out of favor. The Nationals are the worst defensive team in the majors, and their stone-footed outfielders are a major reason why. This opens the door for another buy-low trade. Willingham is in the midst of a career year at...

4. Its time to start documenting the Gaza Holocaust   (22 Jan 2009)
Amongst the Israeli army are Zionist hardliner officers ordering naive soldiers to murder innocent civilians Democracy Now is covering alot of it, but we need to put all of the evidence together so that the Jews of the world can see the real truth that the Zionist leaders are hiding http://www.democracynow.org/

5. Not super committed but thinking about running a cycle   (01 Jul 2009)
Here is my story I’ve been lifting 3 to 5 days a week for over a decade. I’m really like to stay fit and active and never miss workouts. However, my diet isn’t tailored towards getting big. I eat 6 small meals a day and always get protein in them but they are minimal calories (about 2000 a day). As such, I have stayed pretty much between 155 and 160 lbs (5’9”) for the last 10 years. Before that, during the first two years of lifting I was extremely committed and gained about 15 lbs. of lean musc...

6. Santa Fe The Safe Haven for Illegal Immigrants (crime rates, general contractor...   (28 Apr 2009)
Hi everyone, I am writing a feasibility report for a tech writing class that I am in. I have chosen the topic of illegal immigrants in Santa Fe. I would like your opinions on how our city government handles this topic and do you agree or disagree with it? How do you think this growing problem affects our community? I have been both in law enforcement and a general contractor here in Santa Fe, so I have seen both the pros and cons of illegal immigrants. I would love to hear and discuss what you p...

7. Supreme court rules for white firefighters in New Haven   (30 Jun 2009)
The New York Times June 29, 2009 Justices Rule for White Firefighters in Bias Case By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge. New Haven was wrong to scrap a promotion exam because no African-Americans and only two Hispanic firefighters were likely to be made lieutenants or c...

9. Outboard Motor for Haven 12-1/2   (17 Jun 2009)
Let me start by saying I have held out since 2003, but things are changing and I beleive it is time to put on an outboard for my Haven 12-1/2 footer (12.5 foot waterline, 1500 lbs displacement). Rowing works in dead calm, but I do not have enough grunt to fight much of a breeze. I built an electric rudder (55 lbs thrust) a couple of years back. Works fine on the lake when the wind dies. Currents are not an issue on this lake. On windy conditions when trying to load her on the trailer, the trolli...
