Here is my story
Ive been lifting 3 to 5 days a week for over a decade. Im really like to stay fit and active and never miss workouts. However, my diet isnt tailored towards getting big. I eat 6 small meals a day and always get protein in them but they are minimal calories (about 2000 a day). As such, I have stayed pretty much between 155 and 160 lbs (59) for the last 10 years. Let me start by saying I have held out since 2003, but things are changing and I beleive it is time to put on an outboard for my Haven 12-1/2 footer (12.5 foot waterline, 1500 lbs displacement).
Rowing works in dead calm, but I do not have enough grunt to fight much of a breeze.
